We couldn't have been happier with him from the first time we sat down to go over everything the Zuber Team can provide to the point of both closing escrow on the new house he represented us on and then the very fast sale on our prior home. This was our first experience selling 2 homes, so we can only compare to what we are told by others. We hoped for more communication from our agent. We felt we were always initiating conversation, bringing in our own new ideas with our agent. Our home in Kingsburg sold under priced. Our 2nd home sold quickly, but again lack of communication. We had to call and inform our agent that the buyers are moving in to our home using our electricity and water that left in for Zuber to show our house. When we contacted our agent she was not aware that our home had closed until we called her. We have not heard from her since. Nice Person, would recommend her but would suggest to keep in touch

I cant thank David Rooney of the Zuber team enough for what he did for my family and I this year. In Sep of this year we lost our family cabin in the Creek Fire. Thanks to Davids due diligence and always being there for me when I call we found and closed on a new place by Thanksgiving! David was there for us the day I called him. Also, without going in to too much detail if it was not for David this house never would have closed and we likely would have lost it. David was on this every step of the way and due to his attention to detail we were able to close on our new place.Lastly, David is not like a lot of other Realtors. No matter the cost or size of the transaction David always goes the extra mile to ensure that things are done right. I have known David and his family for almost 10 years and we have done multiple transactions. However, this last one was awesome. He really saved the day. David is also different in that he does truly care about his clients and their families. He is not just out to turn a buck. I cant thank him enough for all the help he gave my family and I after the Creek fire. He is one of the best!

Darin Zuber was recommended to me by a friend, yes, I was not looking to sell my house at the time we met, but knew I going to need some assistance with the preparation to put house on market. There at my house standing in the kitchen, he brought brochures of his experience with elaborate tales of the aggressiveness count of homes sold in CA. This is a long overdue review for Darryl Zuber. Darryl was our real estate agent when we bought our house in 2012. Darryl was very knowledgeable, experienced and effective. He was not just interested in making a sale, but finding the right house for us. We are very happy with the house we bought. Several years after we bought the house, we asked Darryl for help on a very difficult situation with a tenant. Darryl went above and beyond to connect us with a lawyer and had the issue resolved quickly. As Daryl says, If you have Darryl on your team as your agent, you have him for life. I called the Zubers late on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about a house I was interested in purchasing and putting my current home on the market. Austin answered the call and was able to answer all of my questions. Within 4 days an offer was made and accepted on my new home, and my old home was sold at above asking price. Even after the sale the Zubers will continue to work with you. I needed the interior of my new home to be repainted so Austin set me up with one of their painters who has done a great job.
