Hands down the worst real estate experience! Darryl Jones and his agent, Jennifer Sanchez, are extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Jennifer was supposed to be MY agent. The people they used to post the "For Sale" signs broke a PVC pipe in the ground. On the day of an open house, she would literally show up 5 minutes prior if that. There were even potential buyers having to wait on her to open the house. As soon as I accepted an offer from a buyer that she was also representing, I never heard from her. I was lucky if she returned my calls/texts the same day. Jennifer didn't keep me informed throughout the entire process. Getting any kind of information about the status of my buyers home sale was impossible. Jennifer wanted to make the most sales commission possible while doing the least amount of work. She even wanted me to show my own house to potential buyers the majority of the time. DO NOT use this "team" to sell your property. You will be extremely disappointed.

Darryl helped my brother and I assess the home's potential for sale, get repairs and upgrades completed that would help us get a better price, and stage the house for maximum positive exposure. There were open houses almost every weekend and feedback after each one. We ended up having to lower the price (I believe our starting price was a bit of wishful thinking!), but were able to quickly sell the house within the range we were looking at. The paperwork was easy to handle, follow-up was prompt, working with the buyer was a breeze, and we were done! I'm very pleased with the process, especially since my brother passed away during the sale, but Darryl and his team (especially Dodi), made a tough time as easy as possible for us.

I highly recommend using Darryl's team. My agent was Jennifer Sanchez. She sold my YL home in approximately 2 weeks to the right buyer who allowed a rent-back for me while I looked for my next home. Jennifer negotiated that home for me as well and I was able to close in 30 days. She answered any questions I had via text or phone in minutes. Darryl was kind enough to recommend a repairman that was very reasonable and thorough and also supervised the repairs, as I live out of state, and was trying to sell my mom's home in North Orange County. Once the repairs were made, the house was staged and photographed. It looked amazing!! The house was then put on the market and we got an all cash offer over asking price within 3 days. There are probably a lot of agents that can handle routine listings and purchases in the Brea area. However, things don't always go smoothly and in our case they didn't. We had to sell our house within a year of buying it. JJ Jones did a super job of getting it listed, staged, and sold. Had a couple of buyers that fell through and the eventual buyer was hard to work with. If Darryl Jones and his professional team had not managed the deal professionally our house sale would have never happened. This agent is not a typical one man operation - it's a whole team with each person handling their part of the sales process very well. This is the number one agent in Brea for good reasons.
