I was very impressed with Dave Knight when I interviewed him as a sellers agent but due to a disagreement with my Ex partner I was unable to use Dave Knight Real Estate Team to sell my home, but even though we used a different team to sell Dave was willing to answer questions and guide me in decisions along the way. At one point I needed a small hard money loan to do some home repairs before photos and I was unable to get a loan due to a short timeline and current employment. I tried several options but none were able to help me in a short time frame. Dave Personally offered to loan me the money based on our personal relationship and really helped me through a tricky situation. Once the home sold I repaid Dave and he celebrated the successful sale with me. In late 2023, my parents decided to sell their home, in order to downsize and live closer to family. We worked with Anthony House (appropriately named!) as our buyers agent for our first home buying experience. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a home! From the beginning, he was extremely hardworking and responsive to every question we had. Even when he did not immediately know an answer, he would find out and get back to us very promptly. He always made an effort to be available - even making time to do counter offers during the week of Christmas (I wish he hadnt needed to do so, but it really shows his hustle!). His kind and patient advice carried us through the offering, inspecting, and negotiating phases, and we were able to close on what we consider the absolute best house of all houses (in our budget and size range). Also he made all the phone calls for scheduling inspections!! I'm a standard millennial terrified of phone calls and people, so that was a huge bonus I didnt know about. What I really loved was that there was never any real pressure to go above our budget or rush into any decisions. Anthony consistently checked in right up to closing to make sure the vibes were still good and we had no regrets. He was completely transparent about everything in the process, even selflessly giving advice on some possible sale routes that would not have netted him his commission (we did not go that route, but wow! I was impressed). We felt safe and well taken care of. As other reviewers mentioned, the assistance did not end at closing. Anthony is always ready with referrals. Oh thats the other thing - these folks have the numbers for some really great contractors, loan officers, tradespeople, and movers; thats like half the value of working with them! The other support folks we worked with at Dave Knight Real Estate (Maddy, Amber, Louise) were completely amazing through escrow. No question went unanswered (even my dumb ones), and they were not afraid to run down the listing agents team when things were needed! The team also hosts occasional buyers seminars that are so so informative and helpful. I highly recommend going to one of those to start off the search. You wont remember all of it, but it gives you the basis for a lot of the home buying jargon. Getting into this process was so extremely overwhelming, but Anthony and his team went beyond expectations to ease our anxious burden and help us achieve the American dream of homeownership for real!

From day one I felt as though we were in very capable hands. We were selling a property from out of state, and so communication was key. Dave, Amber and Madeline were easy to reach when I had questions, were flawless in their follow up, and were very forthright in sharing their years of knowledge and expertise when issues came up throughout the course of the escrow. Dave Knight and his team did an incredible job helping me sell my father's house after he passed away. His strategies were spot on for what to fix on the house, how to price it, and the process to list it, show it, and collect and negotiate offers. Net result was that we got many multiple offers on the property and ended up closing with a motivated buyer at a great price. His operations team is professional, responsive, patient, and extremely competent. Their vendor network is excellent, including cleaning out the house (balancing estate sale vs. donation vs. landfill), making key repairs that maximized impact per dollar spent, and staging the property beautifully. They even had a vendor that helped me sell multiple cars with a very reasonable split of the proceeds. I live in a different city and Dave's team handled everything locally while we coordinated via phone and email. Losing a parent is difficult, and taking care of their affairs makes it even harder. Dave and his team were and continue to be a huge, positive bright spot for me throughout this process.

As a estate accountant for many years I've worked with and observed many wealth transfer professionals doing their best to assist clients who can feel lost during an estate administration. All this happens during a time when the survivors are dealing with loss and being asked to carry out the demands of tax and estate demands. When my aunt passed, Dave was the first person we called. Outstanding is the only way to describe the service from Dave and his team. We have both bought and sold through the Dave Knight team and they were brilliant on both occasions. We do not live in the USA and are not familiar with the buying and selling process, but they made both buying and selling an incredibly smooth journey for us. In particular, we have recently sold our Pasadena town house through them and the care, attention to detail and communication were outstanding. Once our tenant vacated, they quickly assessed the property, advised us of their recommendations to get it ready for market and arranged for all the vendors to complete their work prior to staging and photography. Once completed, the open homes were conducted and we were kept fully informed on each day of the open - couldn't have asked for better communication which is so important when you live on the other side of the world! Offers were received and Dave personally stepped us through the pros and cons of each one and quickly guided us to a second round of offers and then a signed contract. The steps through escrow can be a little intimidating when you are not familiar with them, but once again the team stepped us through the process in detail and assisted throughout the process. Through the process, Rich proved time and time again his willingness to explain the how things work, to go to bat for us when issues presented themselves, and to make us feel very well taken care of.
