I met Dennis in March 2019 when he helped me with leasing my business office in Playa Vista and rental property in Pacific Palisades. I decided to buy the home that I was leasing and due to the fact that I constantly travel it wasn't easy, but Dennis made the process quick and worry free. Very responsive, responsible, professional and experienced. Dennis is very professional, understanding, patient and most importantly very respectful to his clients. He never pressured us into selling our house and buying a new one right away. He s also realistic and would look after us in every house showing we go to. We have to visit multiple houses before really knowing what we are looking for. Dennis showed us 47 properties in two and a half months. He was very patient. Never pushed me to make a selection. He is very active. I used to text the list of the properties we want to view and he would arrange them in such an order that was very time-saving and he was always on top of that scheduling.He is a pro in his job. I initially thought my experience with Dennis Poldnev was good. He seemed genuine and knowledgeable. He was very patient and never rushed me to buy a house. When I finally found the house. He did everything possible to ensure the sell. Even to the point of being untruthful. During the buying process the seller said they would pay for a $575 Home Warranty policy; however, later they reduced it to $225. Mr. Poldnev said dont worry about it. He would have his assistant issue a new policy after closing with the $575 amount. I even have the email and conversation thread and Mr. Poldnev refuses to honor what he said he would do. What was really funny, was he asked for my credit card so I could pay for the difference. If I was going to do that from the beginning. Why would it be an issue for me. He also he he would replace the window screens in the bedroom. He didnt do that either. He is not a man of his word. I would not recommend his services.

I don t even have words to describe just how helpful Dennis was. As a first-time buyer, the process was full of stress, anxiety, and nervousness. From the seller trying to back out of a contract, to rushing all required documents in a month, Dennis assured us that in all his years of doing this, our case had been the most convoluted.
