She thoroughly went through all aspects of the house to make sure we were covered when the house went on the market. Here market knowledge area familiarity were great when trying to price the house. We are repeat clients of Dianna. She helped us find our house in Newbury Park and sell it 13 years later. We have moved often for work during our careers and have worked with realtors in 5 different states. This is what stands out about Dianna: 1. Excellent in negotiations. Starting with what we all want: the best price the market will support for our homes. Dianna is one of those people who is likeable when shes being tough. Shes looking out for your interests or things that will make the sale work even if youre not aware of what those are. Her expert is in process is the best that we have experienced. 2. Great network. Dianna knows other agents, lenders, appraisers, inspectors and has their respect, which helps with outcomes. 3. Realistic and down to earth. As Dianna will say, a home is worth what a buyer will pay. She does not create unrealistic expectations and understands that so much depends upon getting a buyer and seller to agree to a transaction and that more is chance than we would like it to be. We were very satisfied with the price we got for our house, but we were also lucky enough to find a buyer that loved the things we loved about it. 4. Dianna works really hard to get eyes on your listing. Great staging, photographs, marketing, and open houses. Classy. Made me wonder why we were selling!

Dianna was exactly the realtor I had hoped for when it came time to sell my home. Over the years I have had good and bad experiences with other realtors when it came to buying and selling. I knew what I was looking for and how important great communication is during this process. I did the normal interview of a few different realtors. Dianna stood out with the traits I was looking for. Communication, professionalism, and expert knowledge. Every question was answered. She promised to be a great communicator and that held true throughout the whole process and after. She went above and beyond to respond immediately, set up appointments, plus she had a goal and a plan to carry each step out. This really instilled confidence in me that the whole process would be handled correctly and thankfully removed a lot of stress. Also she has a great team, but it was her I was always working with directly. On a personal note, professionalism is very important to me and from the very beginning her and her team projected that. Dianna Dingman helped sell my house and I was impressed with her business, people, and decorating experience. I came to Dianna and told her on Tuesday I wanted to start showing on my house on Saturday. She fronted with the cleaning and pictures were done within 2 days and I had a great showing that weekend. I felt very secure with her and her team's handling all the paperwork, negotiation, and keeping track of all the details that go into selling your home. I felt good about leaving my home of 26 years and getting the value I felt my home was worth. This was also done recently as the market is beginning to change with increased rates. I think you can also benefit from her many years of experience.

There's no realtor better than Dianna. I've known Dianna as a realtor since she helped me buy my house in 2004 and sell it in June, 2022. In both transactions, she understood the market and was enthusiastic, supportive, calm, and creative yet practical all at the same time. She helped me price the house just right and knew when to negotiate when offers came in. I got what I expected, much to my relief and delight! During escrow, she knew about every legal matter and explained every form I needed to sign. Dianna also knew excellent contractors for every fix-it or cleanup job needed going back to 2004 when I was fixing up my home, and then again when preparing to move. The contractors all responded promptly and made time to do the jobs, and they always spoke highly of Dianna. Her customer service was unfailing, always above and beyond the call of duty, even in the intervening years when opportunities to move came up and I needed to get her opinion on selling. She responded within seconds or minutes every time I texted. I had to move before selling my house, and while the house was empty, she came to water my remaining plants and fruit trees. An 18-year timespan is pretty long to have worked with Dianna, so I can say wholeheartedly you will be glad to have Dianna as your realtor!

I have lived in and sold 6 houses, and I used Dianna as our realtor to sell our most recent one in Moorpark. I had never met Dianna before, but immediately upon meeting her I felt comfortable with her and was confident she was the right realtor for me. When I first spoke with Dianna a few months ago, I was instantly impressed with her knowledge in real estate and her ability to problem-solve and figure out a way to accomplish what I wanted done. She literally works day and night to achieve her clients goals. She even has a background in construction, adding to her many skills. I have worked with other real estate agents in the past, but nobody has anything close to the motivation driving Dianna. My family and I are now living in our dream house, all thanks to Diannas hard work.
