Doug and his team were exceptional from start to finish. We had previously listed our home with another realtor for five months with very little traction. Doug immediately identified what needed to be done to improve marketability. Doug and his team provided practical (and low-cost) recommendations and helped align the right specialists and contractors to get the work done right. Doug Echelberger represented us on the sale of a heirloom vacation home in which the Seller parties consisted of 3 separate families who had inherited the property. There were varying levels of real estate experience and motivations within the Seller group, and the market conditions were somewhat challenging, but Doug's team did a fantastic job of positioning the property in a manner that quickly generated multiple offers, and we successfully closed the transaction with a deal that satisfied all the Seller parties. Doug and his associates handled the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home with remarkable professionalism, especially considering that most of it was done with my wife and I confined thousands of miles away on the east coast. Doug and his team assisted with, arranged for and even supervised most of the tasks associated with preparing, repairing, showing and eventually selling our home.
