Extremely fast and accurate. I have never met the guy like him who's always be on the buyers side and contribution level of balancing out the communication between the ex-owner is ridiculously high. We decided to sell our home in Hermosa Beach at the end of July 2022. This was just as the market was slowing down. We met with Ed on August 2 and agreed to list our home for sale with him. At the time we told him we saw a house in El Segundo that we liked and he immediately contacted the listing agent for that property and got them to accept a contingency offer based on the sale of our home. We asked Ed to wait a week on listing our place so we had tour brokers open on August 12. Within two weeks we accepted an offer on our home and were able to secure the house we wanted in El Segundo. Throughout the process Ed and his staff was very helpful and always available with any questions. We had a very good experience with the Kaminsky Real Estate Group and I would strongly recommend Ed Kaminsky if you are thinking of selling or buying a home.

First off, initially I was not a realtor person, but we really clicked with her authenticity. She was honest and upfront (even when I didnt wanna hear it when she was right) which goes a long way with me. She helped show us how to get our house staged correctly (to maximize) and then posted thee best pictures that I have ever seen in a house (video included). She made every effort to put in the extra time to sell the house, which included taking out a local ad and being there for multiple showings every day for weeks (including weekends). It is easy to go the extra mile when it is yours but she was in it with us every step of the way. I also felt comfortable letting her take care of our animals when showing the house as some could be careless and let them out. She also didnt come to us with every little decision because she understood us and knew what wed say. House selling is hard but having her on our team made it feel like we had the best on our side.

They helped us to prepare our house for sale, giving suggestions on any changes needed, connecting us with a stager and a mortgage lender for our new home.
