Liz Jones and associates have come through again with outstanding service and attention to detail in the sale of my home. This was the second time that I used their services after using them to purchase the same home. I was impressed enough with the purchase process and support that I chose to use them again in the necessary sale. I liked the responsiveness and the desire to help out with some issues that were not even directly related the purchase and sale processes, kind of like family. These last two Real Estate transactions were the first time I've had support with all of the tasks that a Buyer and Seller face in the processes. Just one example is that they offer to be there for all appointments such as inspections, appraisals and repairs. This was great, because I didn't not have time to be at the home due to my distance from work. They really go beyond what is expected from an agent. I would definitely recommend there services for all real estate transactions.

I would like to give Liz Jones Realty Group 20 stars if I could. In October of last year I had to sell my moms home due to her death and Liz was recommended to me. She listed my home, and in the first week was showing it to prospective buyers. In less than 2 months she had a buyer at over what I was asking and sold my home. Very Disappointed!!!We were very disappointed with the lack of Ethics and Standards from Liz Jones Group. Liz did not Explain contracts throughly and we could not trust her during the transaction. We opted to speak with the broker Joan tocancel or change agent and our request was denied. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and misrepresentation from this group.

Liz was amazing. My wife and I attempted to sell our land for nearly a year. We worked with 2 other agents from the same "top" agency in Temecula/Murrieta with no success. I happened to get a call from Liz within minutes of looking for a new agent. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and hands on. She was able to sell the land for what we wanted within a few months of taking on the listing. Actually had multiple offers! The other thing that is interesting is that we re not in the area. We were able to work with Liz remotely with no problems. She called every week for a recap and had a website we could check to see the activity.
