I was very fortunate to meet Elizabeth when she sold my opposite neighbors house in less than two weeks after my neighbors house was advertised. I was also thinking of selling my house at the time and I didnt need any further conviction that Elizabeth was real estate agent to engage. It was our first time working with Elizabeth Velasco, who was referred to us by a friend realtor in LV. She is action oriented and fast. That same day we were planning to look around Sacramento, she met with us immediately at her office in Elk Grove and gave us a quick orientation on how she works with her team and how she will assist us moving forward. Elizabeth recommended that we look at new developments in that area the same day. She scheduled four different homes with different builders and we visited them all that afternoon. We went back another weekend and looked at more homes. Elizabeth and her company are simply the best. They have been our go to realtor when it comes to real estate. Elizabeth has been my realtor since 2008. She sold our 1st home in 2008, she also help us buy a house in 2011 and then she and Charles helped us to sell our house in 2017and in 2018 Charles once again helped us buy our house we currently live in. On each and every transaction everything went smooth and problem free. They were very detailed with us from start to finished and guided us through the entire process. Up to this very day and with their busy schedule they promptly helped us answer questions that has something to do with home insurance, warranties and fixtures. And even followed through after. Elizabeth and her team delivered again for this happy client. I put my house for sale just as the pandemic lockdowns started. Elizabeth and her team rose to the challenge, putting in place a sanitation plan and station to keep everyone safe. I also moved to SoCal so I was not always available to fix issues. Elizabeth helped us sell our home after helping us purchase a new home. She did an excellent job for us, she told us what to fix in the house and how to prepare it for sale. She was able to sell our house in 8 days for over asking price. There were 2 other homes the exact same model as ours that were on the market a month before ours. Those houses still have not sold and they are listed for less than ours was listed. Elizabeth did 2 weekends of open houses for us and she had 50 for sale signs and multiple flags canvasing the whole area to make sure we got a lot of traffic. She also made sure the house was always clean before showings and also before the buyers took possession. We never had to worry about anything with her she took care of everything.
