Ellis is simply a great real estate agent! He has detailed knowledge of the areas he services, long experience working in the industry, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and best of all, the humility, patience and perspective to guide his clients towards what is best for them. Ellis practically worked a miracle to get us into our home! We didnt want to sell our house before buying because we have kids and werent sure we could find a new home that met our needs quickly enough. Unfortunately, that made us contingent buyers and in this market, that was not an easy situation. The home we fell in love with already had 2 non contingent offers and Ellis was able to get them to accept our contingent offer! Not only that, but he effectively marketed and sold our home faster than the necessary timeline and both houses closed on time! Words cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Ellis on the purchase of my new home in Redondo Beach. Our familys dream house came on the market on a Thursday, and within 6 days we were in escrow with the winning offer. There were 5 other bidders, and without Elliss expertise in structuring our initial offer, our best and final offer, and our final counter offer, we would have lost the house to the next bidder. Elliss intimate knowledge of the local market, our specific neighborhood, and all the local comps also insured that we did not overbid on the house. We were very happy with the final purchase price and thought we got it at a great value compared to other recent sales. His wonderful service also didnt stop once we were under escrow. Ellis would call me every day to give me updates on where things stood in the transaction, what actions I needed to take, provided ALL the documents I need to the sign via DocuSign with clear detailed directions, but most importantly helped keep our nerves calm. He was our realtor-therapist throughout the entire process.
