What an amazing team-Eric and Merian are truly amazing realtors! My husband and I met Merian at an open house when we first decided to purchase our first home! It was an exciting time and of course there was a million fears! She took us in and showed us the way, answered all of our questions and we landed our first home! It was our starter home that we flipped and lived in for five years! We decided to sell our home in a market that was high and homes were being bought quickly. Of course we choose to have Eric and Merian sell it for us. There was a lot of fears about selling our home! Buying was one thing, selling another! The process was a breeze! Their team was very dedicated to getting it listed and sold as soon as possible. As a person who looked at listings online I always judged the photos on the listings ! But let me just say their professional photographer took amazing photos, a drone shot, and a video of our house. In fact it all came out amazing I was second guessing even selling our home! But it was time for a bigger home with our growing family! We opened escrow twice after two buyers dropped out and each time they worked extremely hard to line up the next which could be stressful, but they handled it all which took a lot off of our shoulders. I can't thank Merian Lambert enough for all she did for us in buying the two properties we got this year. She guided us through the process, was looking out for our best interest, and protected us in ways I never would have thought of. Seeing how the two deals unfolded gave me a deeper appreciation for just how valuable the skill of the right real estate agent can be. Merian thought of everything. And after we bought both properties my brother started asking questions about the community and his new Parish, Etc, and I was worried that he was leaning on Merian too much. I had several other "twists" in my search for a home, including a bidding war, property condition issues, seller issues, agent issues... You name it.
