Excellent Seller Experience!! Highly Recommended. Eugenie and Allison were such a aEURoeprofessionalaEUR? and aEURoeefficientaEUR? team from start to finish. We had an excellent and pleasant experience with them as the listing agents for our Irvine home. They gave us their honest opinions on ways we could best make sure our home was well-represented before putting it on the market. They hired an outstanding staging company and a highly skilled photographer to convert our home to a luxury and elegant estate. Within 5 days on the market, there were 11 offers already and all were well above our listing price. It turned out that we closed the escrow in 19 days (from the day on the market to close) with a 5%+ cash deal and the per footage price is the highest and well above in our neighborhood so far. Eugenie and her team helped me list and sell my investment condo in Irvine. When I reached out to Eugenie, there was still tenant in property. Eugenie quickly started working with tenant, took amazing photos and listed property for sale in less than a week. She then showed the property every day of the week and during open house on the weekend which resulted in more than dozen offers at and above asking price. She was very professional and experienced in managing multiple offers and helped us navigate and choose the highest offer. During escrow process, her team was very responsive and worked around the clock (during Christmas and new year holidays) with both sides to close escrow on time. My overall experience working with Eugenie was outstanding. I recommend her as a real estate agent for anyone selling a home in the Orange County area.
