EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL REALTOR. I am honestly shocked that she still has her license today. So we went to see a property listed by Eva in Pasadena in July (a private viewing on July 17th with her coworker), and fell in love with the house immediately. Our agent then went to see the house on July 18th and told Eva that we were ready to make an offer. Eva told our agent (and all the other agents) not to submit offer before July 27th. Then a week later (on July 20th), the listing status changed to "pending". It turned out Eva decided to accept an offer without informing other agents. Our agent called Eva immediately, she was being very dismissive and basically just told us "oh too bad, the contract has been signed", and she had "no recollection" that we visited the house and we showed any interest. So my husband and I were able to contact the seller herself directly. It turned out that Eva told the seller that all leads had been followed up and that offer was the best offer the seller received. UNBELIEVABLE. We then also found that Eva (or someone from or team) represented both the seller and the buyer. She clearly made her mind that ONLY her buyer should get this deal from the very beginning. She clearly disregarded the seller's interest as well. Well, I hope our experience with Eva and her team could be useful to somebody who might consider working with her.
