Ms. Serrano did a very impressive job helping me buy my family their dream home. I had an especially difficult case that took much longer then normal, but Ms. Serrano was never short on helping and making sure all the paper work is done. At multiple occasions, I was close to losing the house, but she always found a solution. Ms. Serrano is well aware of what she's doing and kept me informed every step of the way. I had a difficult time trying to obtain a loan for the house, but Ms. Serrano referred me to a few lenders and I was able to find the perfect loan for me. I was able to reach her anytime I needed clarification. She will not leave you until you're satisfied with your buy. couldn't be more grateful for all her hard work and patience. I highly recommend her service to everyone.

Purchased and closed our home in November 6 2015. We couldn't have picked a better agent than Evelyn. Process took some time finding the right home for us and Evelyn helped us get through it. She is an excellent communicator and is really easy to talk to. Any questions we had about the process and homes in question were answered right away. Another excellent quality was her negotiation skills. To our surprise, she got the buyer to do some work on the house that we didn't expect. Another surprise to us was Evelyn negotiating and getting us a bit more of credit towards our closing cost. If your looking to purchase a home or selling Evelyn is your agent to have.
