Ferouze helped us lock down a rental property while we were on different sides of the country. We had a few problems with the application itself and Ferouze was so communicative and helpful in making sure our application went through. We were introduced to Ferouze Feddal through a colleague after going through many realtors and open houses within the areas we were looking to buy our forever home. Ferouze was very patient and understanding of our needs and walk through every listing and showings. She talked to other realtors to make sure our offer goes through. After two months of working with her we were able to finally buy our forever home. She was very professional and friendly. Most were enthusiastic at first but lost interest as we wanted to see more properties within our price range putting offers in this market and getting overbid (nobody's fault) since this would be a long term purchase for us with two kids.
