Frances was my Real Estate agent selling my house in Oceanside last year.I went through many interviews trying to find the right Agent. The market was hot and I wanted to give the business to someone who deserved to make a commission on my house. After much thought I choose Frances. My ideas were counterintuitive to what she wanted to do to sell my house. She turn out to be right about all the idea we should do to get top dollar.Frances was right! She Staged it, had a great team of construction folks came and made all changes needed to sell quickly and for top dollar.Oh, and last she is a wonderful person. We sold the house in one day in the rain due to all the traffic. My neighbors thought I was having a party. 12 offers and the winner was 50k over ask! The whole process was seamless with no hiccups. I would use her forever, and would have used her in our new build in Nevada, but shes doesnt work in Nevada. We talk all the time and that is with no more business for her in Cali. She will be a friend of the family for Life!

This was my first home purchasing experience and the FAM team really pulled through. They were very proactive in helping me find a place that fit my criteria which freed up a lot of time for me to focus on other priorities throughout the day. They were more than willing to show me any home I wanted to see and really went to bat for me as a VA buyer. One thing I told my realtors, Frances and Corey was that I didnt want to break an arm and a leg to buy a house. That nothing will have to be forced and everything would fall into place. They totally supported that mindset, and there wasnt a single thing I had to stress about when we found the ONE! They have a seamless docusign process, excellent lenders, and are extremely efficient with the closing process. What sets this team apart is their growth mindset and hunger for excellence. They dont sacrifice quality of service just to get the sale like a lot of realtors do. Theres no hustling, no pressure. They are prompt, efficient, and most importantly done to earth. As I was about to embark on my home buying journey, I was extremely nervous and apprehensive. I had previously communicated and gone to showings with a previous realtor or two, over the past year but never felt sure of the experience. I came across Stephen W. at Fam Realty online and was impressed with his bio but I was still hesitant to reach out as a first time homebuyer. After a few weeks, and an overwhelming amount of real estate agents reaching out to me offer their services, I reached out to Stephen to show me a home. He wasnt able to show me the home but he made sure that I didnt have to wait. I cannot even explain how wonderful my home buying experience was from there. I ended up working primarily with Corey K. Hes the real MVP!! In the middle of the pandemic, as a mother of two, wife of a deployed sailor, and full time student commuting from San Diego to Los Angeles.. and a POA to handle transactions on my spouses behalf. Corey made my crazy situation, pleasant. I was skeptical at first but became more and more impressed with Corey as he patiently guided me every step of the way in this process. He really went above and beyond to help me out! Corey is dynamic, hes strategic, he is organized, his negotiation skills are outstanding, he had the most friendly approach which is inspiring in itself, and has an overall awesome personality! He always explained any real estate lingo that I didnt understand. He positively represented me as a homebuyer. He never pushed us to settle for just any property. I also never had to wait to see a home, even after changing my property search to an hour north of where I lived. Without any hesitation, we ventured North. My real estate agents were available to answer questions or concerns 24/7. He worked with me for a few months on a home but it fell through. The first home wasnt meant to be, but Fam Realty helped us find our perfect home. We did close on a beautiful pool home on New Years Eve, which was way better than we couldve imagined! The entire team is highly professional knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with! I dont know what I did to have the honor of crossing paths with Frances Mouser and the entire Fam Realty team but theyre family now! My wife and I recently bought a home through FAM Realty Group. We worked with Vince the most, as he was our realtor. However, the entire team is awesome! Vince was always willing to see houses on little notice, and often changed his own schedule when we only had a small window to see a house. When it took longer than expected to find a house, he kept us in high spirits and encouraged that we would find one. He was very knowledgeable, and helped us immensely when visiting potential houses with what to be on the look-out for (termite damage, old roof, etc.). Once we found a house, we started working with Frances and Kimberly as well to complete the purchasing process. Everyone was extremely professional and always willing to help us or answer any questions we had. As first time home buyers, this is exactly what we needed, and we are very happy that we went with FAM Realty Group!

Vince was our Real-estate agent and was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was flexible, answered all of our calls, questions etc. took care of all of our grievances, and ensured we were taken care of throughout the entire process. He was intrusive in the inspection portion and made sure that no stone was left un-turned, and that we were getting a perfect product to call "our home". I can't say enough good things about FAM Realty Group! I had an amazing experience with this company. Their level of professionalism from the beginning had me at ease during this very intimidating process. Frances and Vincent were vital in helping us learn the ropes when it came to purchasing our first home and patiently answered every single question we had, no matter how trivial it mightve been.
