It was an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Ortiz. He is professional, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and was willing to make himself available for our questions/concerns. He really put in extra care throughout our home buying experience and we will be referring him to friends & family moving forward. At one point he drove all the way from Temecula to Huntington Beach for an inspection that he did not even need to be present for. But he did what was necessary to make things go smooth. Even when we first started inquiring about different listings- he schedule us a tour quickly with all the details to answer questions we had about the property. Francesco Ortiz is the best agent Ive come across in SoCal, and he wasnt even my agent. My daughter and I were driving to lunch and his signs were everywhere, begging us to take a look. So we took a chance and stumbled upon one of his listings. He made us feel like we walked into our future home (and my daughter loved the fresh baked cookies). He knows how to sell a place, and even followed up, remembering my daughters name. I wasnt actively looking, but I put in an offer. Francesco spent time with my agent on addressing HOA and insurance questions, even though he had higher offers. He was transparent and kept us in the loop the entire time. I would use Francesco as a Buyers or Sellers agent in a heartbeat. I wish I used him to sell my prior property!

Francesco helped me fulfill my dreams of owning a condo in the Bel Air area of Los Angeles, and helped me sell my former condo in Studio City. Selling studio city was a 7 month journey and he never gave up and was there for me through the ups and downs, and on March 7th just 3 days after on what would have been my late mother's 57th birthday studio city sold and I got the keys to my Bel Air condo on march 6th 3/06!!! My Bel Air condo has a lot of special meaning to me because it was the home that my late mother wanted to purchase for me and for her back in 2008, but didn't have the opportunity to do so because of her cancer which she battled for 3 years. I waited almost 15 years to have the opportunity to get this condo, and I was so grateful that Francesco was my realtor to make my and my late mother's dream come true. There were a lot of obstacles to overcome in the process and he came up with the creative idea of home light which is a buy before you sell program so before I had to sell my studio city I was able to exchange it for my desired Bel Air condo. It was so cool because Bel Air came into the picture on August 14th and studio city sold March 7th, but it was manageable because it was a swapping deal. It is an intricate process where you use your current home as a down payment for your new one, and what was great about this program was that there were no double mortgages and you are given ample opportunity to sell your original home. Having 1 LA condo is stressful enough so for 7 months on paper I had 2 but home light bridged that gap and it didn't feel like it so I totally had my Kris Jenner moment for a minute. I forgot all about studio city and that I owned it theoretically because I was so stocked about Bel Air. Jokes aside It wasn't easy having to oversee everything from Albuquerque, but Francesco was always there for me to answer any questions and, He is always my emotional support system when anxiety fears and doubts filled my head. He also took great care of my tenant and her son and did everything he could to make sure the move from my previous condo to the new one was smooth and seamless as possible for them. If it wasn't for Francesco this would still be a dream. Thank you Francesco you deserve all the recognition for all your hard work and you gave me a restored faith and trust for realtors. Going forward you're my lifelong realtor and friend I don't want anyone else but Francesco to my realtor and he is an asset in his profession you just can't do better than him.

Francesco was extremely helpful in the process of buying our home. He was ready from day one, having already done his research on the area and providing comps for us to review. There were many times where I was uncertain during the process as I was a first time home buyer, however Francesco was extremely knowledgeable and was always able to walk me through each step down to a granular level. His communication skills were impeccable; there were a couple occasions where he was not able to answer the phone (I called him frequently, 5-10x/day), and each occasion he responded with a text right away and a call within a couple minutes after. Even though I was a first time buyer and was not at all familiar with the home buying process, Francesco made it simple and stress free.
