Frank has been a big help and makes all kinds of situations easy. Hes knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. I will continue to work with Frank. He not only sold my Fathers home, but my Grandfathers, and most recently my Mothers. When Frank says hes going to do something he does it. Any challenges, he handles them. When I am ready to buy or sell a property he is always the first person I go to and I'm reluctant to work with anyone else because purchasing real estate has been a challenge. But with Frank Quintanilla I know I can trust him.

I wanted to take a moment to recommend Frank Quintanilla as a real estate agent. We were grieving the death of my mother in law and needed to sell her property. Frank not only helped us move the property quickly, he did it with such compassion and care that we felt at such peace with the whole experience. He helped us set up an estate sale, helped us fix up minor things, and helped us remove items that remained. He is more than an agent, he is a friend through the process. Frank had worked with my parents' as their primary real estate agent and strongly recommended me to him for my first home purchase! You will immediately notice that Frank is jovial, kind, patient, and an active listener. If I had any questions, he would allow me to thoroughly voice my concerns to then offer really insightful suggestions/tips. He took me to several open houses and always provided a printout detailing the specs of the listing. Any type of information that we would need to know beforehand about a home, he would transparently share. We would have prompt and informative check-in's on status updates, next steps and even friendly reminders (keeping me on diligent on pending tasks and important documents to sustain a smooth-flowing closing)! There was only a slight hiccup between escrow and home insurance where Frank went above and beyond to even visit the escrow office to determine what was needed to be resolved. This is the type of care, dedication, and attention necessary, minimizing the fear in a process that had appeared daunting to me for years. I am truly blessed to have had him as my agent. Though kind and patient, do not underestimate his vigor and expertise! He knows what he's doing. My dad stated one night, "I trust Frank." And quite honestly, his professionalism and developed sense of character innately activates this deep sense of trust - that you are in the best hands. 5 stars is not even be enough to describe how happy, impressed, and thankful I am to have Frank as my agent. I cannot express enough what a great realtor Frank is. He went from Realtor, to friend in a short amount of time. He cares about your home search and helps make the time it takes to find the right home in a very competitive market much less stressful. When I first began looking for a real estate agent, I was frustrated by the lack of interest or enthusiasm so many agents have. Once connected with Frank, that was all behind me. I would see emails or texts coming later in the evening, which tells me how hard he works. He cares about your family, future home. He is truly vested in who your are and what you want. He's extremely compassionate as well. My husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at an early age. Frank is the best realtor I have ever worked with. We were referred to him by a family friend as we live out of the area in which our house was located. Frank handled the selling of a home that has been in our family for 87 years. The sale of the home was emotional after the death of our father. And during the time of the sale, we also learned of a cancer diagnosis in our family. Frank was referred to me; known for his attention to detail and follow-through to all commitments. I received exactly that from Frank. We initially walked through the property and came up with a marketing strategy. He provided a professional photographer for the Zillow profile, and a team of woman who came through and did a touch-up cleaning of the vacant property.After each open house, we reviewed the comments and he prepared me for the ultimate need to negotiate the price based on the termite and property inspections. Though the sale price was below initial asking price, it was well within my established range of acceptance; especially due to the uniqueness of the property.Frank recommended a known escrow office, and just like Frank, I found the escrow officer to be top notch to details. I did make the seller paperwork easy for both realtor and escrow though, as I had everything prepared up front. I prefer face-to-face encounters, and Frank was always willing to meet with me.At no time was I left in the dark. Through calls and e-mails, I knew exactly where we were in the process; and when I did have questions, return contact was always the same day. We had to extend the initial escrow period 4 days due to the buyer's lender, but otherwise we stayed on schedule throughout the process.
