Fred Sed and his team are very professional to work with, an absolute delight, and they were successful at finding my family and I a beautiful home that was tailored to our needs. Buying a home can be a lot of work, somewhat stressful, and during peak market there were a lot of bidders and competition for the same property. None of this phased Fred! His communication skills, patience, experience, and strategic approach made him successful especially in the fierce Sellers Market of April 2018 which was no match for him. He managed to successful bid, negotiate, counter-offer, and close on the house that was perfectly suited for us. Thank you so much Fred for being by my side the whole way through! This review is for Michael Saulus on Fred Sed's Team. I reached out to Fed's group since I knew they were very professional and experienced. Michael got in touch with me when I was initially starting to do research (few months prior to being ready) and he was completely fine with answering all questions and setting up properties for me to view even though I had told him I was a good 3 months out and before I wanted to even see properties in person. Michael was always very patient and never pushed or seemed bothered by any questions my wife and I had. When it finally came down to really start looking, Michael asked us where we would like to meet for a quick overview and to answer any questions, etc. Being that both my wife and I were first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and told Michael that we apologize ahead of time (we knew we might be picky, etc). We tried to narrow it down to 1 city, but we couldn't so Michael was sending us properties in 3 cities near by. He always attentive and easy to get a hold of. Never had a problem showing us properties, etc. Once we finally picked a place, Michael was able to get us accepted even though the property had 2 other offers and for a higher asking price. Michael got us accepted with below ask price! Michael and his team were very helpful throughout the entire process and had great communication. For first time home buyers we did a 21 day escrow to beat out the other competition and it seemed like it would be very stressful to accomplish all of this in such a short time, but Michael made it super easy. We also had a great lender that helped make things easy (see my other review for her - she's fantastic) I would definitely recommend anyone use Michael and Fred's team if you're looking to buy, sell or rent in Orange County.

I can't say enough about how professional and available the Fred Sed team was during the time they helped us find out home! I flew in from Florida to look at properties, they spend All day with us and after we submitted offers for houses we liked (which Mania did until 11 PM on a Saturday, my wife and I decided to change our minds about the location and budget. Tami and Mania went back started all over again and were just as supportive and helpful. They were REALLY AMAZING!! Honestly would recommended to EVERYONE.

Over all for Fred Sed not knowing the Los Angeles area I believe that he did a grata job improving his knowledge for the greater Los Angeles area. Fred was very informative on get us the information we needed when we needed it. Fred made sure we saw the house that where available on the market the day they was available for viewing. However due to the size of our bed we had a difficult time finding a house that was big enough to fit our bed. The market at the time has really nice houses but the bedroom sizing was not great. We explain to Fred that we needed an extra large room to accommodate our bed an Fred went through the extra lengths to make sure we had a room big enough to fit the bed. Fred gave us the best service for us as first time buyers. He walk us through every little detail. He gave us all attention and time. We are proud to have choose to work with Fred Sed on our home purchase.

This is the second time I have used Fred and his team for my real-estate needs. They are so quick in finding tenants and buyers when it was time for me to move out of my house. They are hands down awesome to work with. Fred and his team responded within minutes of me either texting or emailing questions.
