I had a very frustrating experience with Mariam Rodriguez. Not only was I surprised by an unexpected extra charge for removing the sign, but the lack of transparency made me feel undervalued as a client. As technology continues to advance, I believe the role of realtors will diminish, and I hope that those in the profession recognize the need for better communication and service. It's a shame when a lack of professionalism drives clients away.

Fredy and his group are probably the best realtors I have ever worked with. I chose him because of his reputation in real estate as well as the fact that he has an entire team working with him. He has picked top notch Escrow and other services who were all quick and easy to work with. Fredy understands our area very well and helped us price our house so it would sell. We had a buyer within two weeks! That's not to suggest the house was under-priced, in fact our home sold for more than any of the comps in our neighborhood. You'll be making a good choice if you go with Fredy as your realtor.

The experience was amazing they answered all my questions and even explained things as the prices went along. They didnt get annoyed with me contacting them frequently and asking more questions as we close to the escrow process. My husband and I inherited a property in California that was in need of updating and needed lots of love which was more than we can handle, so we decided to list it on the market. Finding a realtor that we can trust, who understood the local market and who would be responsive was most important to us since we live out of state. I did my research online and decided on contacting Freddy and we are so glad that we did!! From the moment we reached out, he was on top of everything. He visited the property right away, pulled comps, gave us his expert opinion and really just went above and beyond with everything we needed. This is by far one of the most deserved reviews I had the chance to write. I'm starting by thanking this amazing hard working young agent. A few months back she was representing the buyer on our first investment flip and she rolled her sleeves making sure her buyer landed on a safe transaction as well as making sure the transaction come to a successful close for us. She kept constant communication with my selling agent and and made sure to deliver results. And that is just the beginning of the review, she made such an amazing representation that it wasn't dificult to go into a a new investment with her and Fredy Rodriguez Realstate group, in a neglected almost abandoned house at mission lakes. Funny thing while she was on her vacations she made sure to track every moment of the purchase and deal with every, inconvenience from the association until a successful closing.But that's not all she made sure to go further and suggest a strategy for selling this house fast in the middle of a slow several days listed area and made sure to track the progress of the renovations, making sure that all angles being covered.I must confess that....Against my own impulses to list higher she stood firm recommending the wise strategy for a competitive price and create a happy new home buyer and us a a grateful happy sellers.Long story short followed her advise and closed on record time!We are truly blessed to have this confident hard working team player on our circle of business and friends. I've known Fredy since 2014 and he went from being my Realtor, to being my friend, to being my brother. He helped me buy my first home in 2014, sold my parents home in 2017, and most recently sold my home in 2021. Each time he went above and beyond our expectations, and recently sold our home for $27,500 above the asking price and within 3 days. He is knowledgeable about the market, is always very accessible, and is not afraid to tell you the truth. He and his team hustles, they are working for you constantly, and they make you feel like you are the only client that they have (which is definitely not true). Fredy was absolutely INCREDIBLE. This man might be the most humble, knowledgeable, attentive person that I know. As an agent, he turned this scary, complex process into a very very simple (or at least as simple as it possibly could be!) transaction. I found the perfect investment property, with incredible cash flow potential. Fredy got me an INCREDIBLE deal, buying the property at a discount of 50,000 below the asking price. He got me probably $10,000 in repairs on the property (that had no prior issues... just minor repairs like improving the roof, etc).He fought for me as if he was my attorney.
