All I can say is stay away from Gagan Singh for your home sale. All he cares about is getting rid of the house asap so he can make his commissions asap. My house was on sale for a couple of weeks in an unbelievably hot seller's market. Whatever marketing he claims he does, I didn't see any results thereof. In such a hot market we did not have that many showings he claimed (we were out for a week or so while he was showing the home). He could not provide us a listing of all the people who came to see the house, nor did he provide the "couple of offers" he claimed he had "verbally" from a couple of customers. Really? Who gives offer "verbally"? And, why can't a realtor show the list of people who came and saw the house? Worse, he is so unprofessional he shared the expected price on my home with a neighbor who was about to put his home on sale. And, all this while he preached to us we should not share any information around the home sale price data with anyone! The end result is that he undersold my home last year in Fremont, CA. Since we are not experts at selling homes we accepted the offer but realized in hindsight that he could have negotiated a better price in a hot seller's market. He could have recommended a counter offer instead of pressuring us to accept the offer. Worse, he even added a couple of our appliances into the deal to the buyer without consulting us -can you believe it?! We should have fired him the moment he shared critical data with the neighbor or even earlier, when he could not tell us who all came for the showings. So, stay away from this agent (who could not even write the description of my home for sale on Zillow, and asked me to write up something because his language is poor -I helped him, but that should have been a warning sign to fire him right away)
