This is how process was: After meeting with him and signing the contract and doing open house, and getting offers next day ,seemed like he disappeared, but anytime I had a question and called him to ask, he had the answer right away, he never told me, let me check Vardui, that means he was on top of things even though,if you don't hear from him or see him. We can't thank David enough for how helpful he was in the process of purchasing our first home. Time and time again we were told that it would take us forever to purchase a home in this current sellers market, and although we were intimidated by the market, we decided to take the plunge and start looking with David as our realtor. We have met Gary back in December of 2016 and he showed us a house that we have found on Zillow. At that point we were not ready to buy. During March of 2017 We found a house through open house and we really liked it - but we did not think we could make an offer on that house as we were not ready at all. Gary helped us connect with the right lender and got us an approval letter in a very short time. He helped us make an offer, guided us throughout the negotiation process and provided helpful insights during the 60 days of escrow. We got the keys of the new house in June 2017. Not only Gary helped us get into this house that we really liked and thought it wouldn't be possible to make it all work, he also helped us to find a tenant for my other house and guided me through the entire process. I purchased a home in 2004 and another one in 2011 from Gary. He was awsome both times and very detail oriented in his knowledge of the area schools, resturaunts, and neighbors. He also noticed things about the home that I missed in my initial walk through and let me know of minor damages and missing fixtures.
