I can’t say enough good things about Gary Lawrence. My aunt passed away, and I had so much to learn about the estate process and selling her house. Even before I signed a contract, Gary went above and beyond—offering referrals to estate attorneys, coin and stamp dealers, and auction houses, and sharing helpful advice about transferring title and getting a date-of-death appraisal. Compared to other agents I spoke with, Gary was refreshingly low-pressure and completely honest. His background in law enforcement gave me extra confidence, and he personally found multiple investors to make no-haggle offers. He never overpromised and the house sold in less than two weeks for a fair price. Gary made the entire process seamless and took a huge amount of stress off me during a very difficult time. He also handled the estate sale which was so convenient. I would absolutely recommend Gary to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and compassionate realtor.

Gary is outstanding and an expert in all facets of real estate. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. He made the sale of our home a stress-free experience and guided us through every step of the process. He and his wife Blanca provided an incredible service in the sale of our home that was an inheritance in a Living Trust. They planned every detail for us from the estate sale, cleaning the house, making it show room ready, hosting the open house, getting us the best selling price of our family home, and closing escrow in an incredibly fast time. Gary is the best and I highly recommend he be your realtor!

GARY IS THE BEST!!! - I work in the Real Estate industry so when I say you can't find better I mean it! He went above and beyond in every aspect of selling the family home. Area knowledge, market knowledge, negotiation, and guidance on what should and should not be done to prepare for going on the market. He helped set expectations, helped us solve logistical issues in preparing the home, and provided much-needed emotional support in a difficult situation. We were selling the family home to support mom's needs due to Alzheimers. So not only were we trying to sell the family home to support her financially but we were in California to help her settle into assisted living. It was a stressful time on two fronts. Gary and his team made selling the home as stress-free as possible. He kept us well informed, set accurate expectations, and went so far above and beyond to help us we truly feel we couldn't have made a better choice in an agent to represent us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED is an understatement.
