Be careful: He is very unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest.He will let other people into your house without your knowledge. We lost money and jewelry during one of his showings where he brought several extra contractors with. He didnt do anything about this, and simply ignored it. I do not recommend him or the Geronsin family for the sale of your house. They are not good people to work with, so please avoid them.

Carole is the Martha Stewart of real estate in Southern California. As founder of the Geronsin Real Estate Group, she has sold thousands of homes in her long career and her expertise shows. We interviewed realtors and chose her because of her knowledge of our community, expertise during the crazy Covid market, and her creative ways to sell in the constant changing world of real estate. She handled our house with confidence, ease, excitement and urgency which gave us the feeling that she was handling our house as if it was her own. When our house listed, we had 24 people in 4 days come through and sold it with multiple offers on the 5th day. Her support team is large and very competent and we used her ample supply of personal resources to get the house ready quickly such as painters, handyman, termite, etc. as well as packers for moving day. She is the complete package! We even went on a week-long vacation during escrow and had no worries while we were away because she was taking care of everything. Our experience was positive from beginning to end and we would recommend her whole heartedly. She may not be a master chef like Martha Stewart, but she is a master real estate agent.

George and Carole have been professional, reliable, respectful, and knowledgeable every step of the way as they represented us as our sellers agent(s), recently. Steve Hamel is an individual of the highest integrity and ability. We bought our house as a listing from Steve in 2010 and kept in touch with him over the years. He helped us, for no gain of his own, over the years with general real estate questions. So, when we decided to sell our home in March 2019 it made sense we would use Steve's services. Not only did we have several offers within 1 week, we also sold the house in that same period of time for over the asking price! Steve did an exceptional job answering all of our questions as well as walking us through our first home selling experience. There was never a moment where my wife and I did not feel that Steve had the process under complete control. The Geronsins are an amazing team to work with! They understand the current market, buyer interests and how to sell your house. They also dont sugar coat anything. What you see is what you get, which I truly appreciate. We came to the Geronsins after our house sale fell through with another agent. Carole and Genelle understood the situation, and provided feedback on what buyers are looking for in the area, such as painting the kitchen cabinets and updating the deck in the master bedroom. They provided suggestions but also provided quotes that were economical. Being out of state, we were not able to ensure the work was carried out correctly. The Geronsins stepped in to supervise the efforts. In the end, the house looked great and we received a fair offer. In hindsight, we should have just worked with Geronsins from the beginning! It would have saved a lot of stress and time.
