She is honestly out there changing lives! Sounds super cliche, but she made our dreams a reality. We had been looking into purchasing the perfect fixer upper for our growing family and she was able to turn everything into reality. I remember walking into her open house just for the heck of it. No pre approval letter, no real expectations, just for the heck of it. Wrote my name and phone number just to go along with the open house. 2 days later! Yes read that again. She reached out, had us quickly contact a lender we send out paper work to him, for review. We had a pre approval with in 3-4 days. Started escrow the following week and closed with in 30 days. Literally a dream. Communication was key, she was just on top of it. No need to be harassing her for answers just straight forward information. I was in disbelief I kept thinking something has to be wrong here, nope I was wrong three years exactly as of today and I can definitely tell you shes a diamond. After reading tons of reviews and essentially being completely out of my element and slightly intimidated I cold emailed George's real estate group hoping to find a realtor that could help me break through in this insanely competitive market as a first time home buyer when I didn't even live in LA. After a bit of a back and forth to figure out our needs we started working with one of the realtors on the team, Grigor Aleksanian.Every single question or concern I had was immediately answered and addressed. We looked online for months at what the market had available but as luck would have it the home of our dreams was listed the week we flew in to look at places. We went to the open house on our own and after we decided that this is indeed the house we wanted Grigor put together a very aggressive initial bid and we won it with 16 other offers on the table.During contingency working with Grigor was a very smooth experience. All the inspections we needed were set up for us and done quickly and efficiently. When we requested extra inspections to the foundation and a problem was found we were able to come together with the seller and hammer out an agreement that was good for everyone. Throughout the process Grigor was extremely knowledgeable and fast to get things going. Aggressive when necessary but also very easy going and chill when we just needed to chat about our circumstances and needs.I honestly wouldn't even bother looking for anyone else.

In buying our current home, everyone had told us that it would possibly take many, many months and to lower expectations in the current Real Estate climate.
