Please do not use Gregg as your realtor. I have asked several times to be removed from his marketing mailings and a year later I am still receiving the constant blitz of flyers. I know how to find a realtor when I need one and never asked to be on this mailing list in the first place. Once they get your address they are relentless in the mailing and refuse to remove you from the list.

Scott did an excellent job in selling our downtown condo. We had it listed for four months with another agent and decided to try Neuman and Neuman when that listed ran out. Scott and his team handled everything and our condo sold the first day it was listed. Quite a relief and quite unexpected. Interest rates were up and it was the holidays, but still Scott and his team knew what needed to be done to get it sold and they did! After going through a kitchen remodel because of a negligent tenant we decided to sell our rental and started the process of looking for a qualified realtor. We knew several and of course reached out to them first but several friends had recommendations, so we started our search. We interviewed 5 realtors and I'm glad we did. There are many out there with too little experience or no team to back them up. We were glad we used Neuman and Neuman. Gregg Neuman came well prepared and is the number 1 realtor in San Diego County, number 3 in California. He and his team were extremely responsive and held our hands through the whole process. Were experienced sellers, have even done some FSBOs, and this process was smooth and fairly seamless. They found us a well-qualified buyer and the whole operation was over in just over 3 weeks. We got a great over-asking offer in a day and half and the market was in the midst of changing. I reached out to the Neuman team when I decided to sell my downtown condo. It was my first ever property so I had no idea what the selling process was going to be like. I reached out to the Neuman team after reading all the great reviews online. In no time, Scott gave me a call and introduced himself and we agreed to meet in person. Once Scott came over I could tell he knew his stuff, I agreed he would be my agent and the process was underway. My condo was needing some repairs and improvements to make the sale more favorable. He has a large network as he arranged for all sorts of people to come by and do their work (plumbers, flooring, handyman, painters, stagers, etc.) in a timely manner. I learned to just let him take the reins and he will take care of all the headaches and stress for you! After a month or so later, we got my property listed, and they really made it shine! We got several offers and positive feedback from many of the prospective buyers. Scott helped me navigate these offers to choose the best one, and he really pushed for me in the negotiations with the buyer we chose. I definitely recommend Scott for those on the fence about choosing a realtor. He is very straightforward, honest, and can be easily reached at all hours of the day. My wife and I were fortunate enough to have listed with Gregg Neuman and the entire Neuman team when selling our first home. As first time home sellers we were nervous about the process and had many questions that his team was able to answer and help ease our minds about. The Neuman team was very kind and patient when helping us prepare to list our home. After Gregg first saw our house, he left us with a list of tasks to complete in order to prepare our home for showings. This was so useful because some of the things he recommended on doing, we would have never thought of and I believe it truly helped spark people's interest in our house. For instance, we had a very open floor plan but we had a lot of furnishings that made the open floor plan feel a bit crowded. He suggested getting a small storage shed and moving some of our personal items to the shed to free up some space throughout the house and it made a world of difference.He brought in an amazing photographer that took beautiful photos and even created an amazing video walkthrough that was displayed throughout several websites that brought the attention of serious buyers. Gregg also connected us with top-notch plumbers and electricians that were able to show up on short notice and help with repairs around the house. Having worked with another aEURoelocal downtown expertaEUR? to absolutely no avail - whom we felt mislead us and improperly priced our initial listing - we were hesitant to go with another big name in the downtown real estate business. However, we called Gregg and spoke with him several times... and, he was eager and willing to answer any questions we may have had regardless of whether we decided to utilize him professionally. Gregg gave us exceptional advice. When we decided to work with Gregg, he came out to the home and sat with us for 90 minutes talking about real estate, downtown market trends, national trends, marketing plans, marketing strategies, and corrective pricing. He was kind, gracious, and his knowledge was extraordinarily appreciated (considering the arduous process with our previous listing agent). We immediately contracted with Gregg. I've used Art Lewis before when purchasing my condo and now 3 years later as a seller. I had MANY realtors after me to sell my condo, but Art is hands down the most knowledgeable person about downtown real estate. We discussed pricing goals and he was the only one who agreed that we could reach my target. Other realtors didn't seem to want to work too hard and tried to talk me down. Art got full price for the condo in the first week. Even after the offer Art worked behind the scenes for inspections and appraisals and kept everything moving.
