Heather is the absolute greatest! I was lucky enough to meet Heather at an open house last year. I explained that my husband and I were first time home buyers and had no clue where to start. We kept in touch over the next several months until we were ready to start looking more seriously. Within 2 weeks of starting to look, Heather found us our first home well beneath our budget. She helped us put together an aggressive offer and was able to negotiate with the seller to get it accepted in 24 hours. Heather was amazing to work with! She had knowledge and experience of the local area and what buyers in the area are looking for. We listed right in the midst of the holiday season. Heather organized an open house the weekend we listed and by the following week we had a few offers all above asking price! Heather is an AMAZING realtor!!! We met her at an open house where we just happen to drive by. Talked to her about what we were looking for and what our budget was. She said she would work with our budget and asked if she could have our information and send us some leads. By Monday, Heather sent us leads and asked us if we wanted to look at them. She was not pushy about setting the appointments and even suggested we drive by these homes first if we wanted to. With Heathers help, we found a house that fit our family needs and under the price range we were looking for. I love how proactive Heather is in constantly sending us leads and communicating with youaEUR|at the same time, not being pushy. The realtor we were working with before Heather kept telling us there is nothing new on the market and that we should wait a few more months. She also kept sending us the same leads over and over again. I'm so glad we met Heather! Purchasing a home with Heather went so smooth and wonderful that I decided to list my current house with her. Again, Heather was not pushy and made some suggestions on listing price and such. She also got me involved by asking me how I would like my house to be marketed. We made the decision to put the house on MLS on Wednesday, but not to have any showings until the open house on Saturday. There was a lot of traffic during the showing and Heather locked in a client that showed a lot of interest. She got their information and they came back again on Sunday and made an offer on Monday. By the end of the week, my house was sold and closing was in 30 days. Heather knows her stuff and is very easy to work with. She is not pushy and is always open to ideas, so dont be afraid to tell her what you want, she will work with you. She worked with us and the whole process was great! Heather is a joy to work with. She is professional, kind, honest, and most important, patient. We were looking for an investment rental and we looked at multiple apartments to single family, we were even looked at commercial and industrial. After six months of looking all over, we finally found the perfect single family house. That is patience. If I were her, I would have given up on us a long time ago! Along the way we met realtors who you can tell just care how big their commission is and not your needs and let me tell you, you do not want to get stuck with a realtor like that. Heather was an outstanding agent! She went above and beyond! This was our third home purchase and of all past agents we worked with, Heather by far was the best!!!
