Heather is a very honest down to earth and caring person. She was patient and worked tirelessly to find me a home in this crazy Los Angeles housing market. Literally there isn't but a couple of homes available in the entire zip code. Everything goes to"pending status" within a couple of days of being listed. I made low offers at the beginning and Heather was wonderfully patient allowing me time to learn the market. She called the selling agents and persistently worked to get me in to see the house. Finally, I saw a house just come on the market at 3 am. Heather called at 8am and got us in. She spoke to the agent and my offer was accepted. She has a list of vendors but I used inspectors from Yelp. She was sucessful in all the negotiations that I requested. She returns calls, emails and always follows up when she says she will. I would definetly call on her again and refer her to my friends and family. And know they are in good hands.

She has the knowledge, the will, the guts, the perseverance and, o top of all that, is the sweetest, kindest person you could ask for a long-term business-friendship relationship. This is the fourth time Heather and us do business together. She previously helped us buy a property, rent it out and then sell it, after about a year. During the course of the last three years Heather presented innumerable opportunities to us, relentlessly adapting her research techniques to our smallest whims. She understood my lack of buying criteria like no one else, providing tens of properties, but not in those cold automated ways. Heather was excellent throughout the whole process. We were looking for a home while still living in New York, which we thought would be challenging but she made it very easy. Heather visited all of the properties that we were interested in for us, took photos, gave us information on the areas, and was incredibly responsive from beginning to end. It was a big decision for us to purchase a home from afar and we trusted her thoughtful feedback on each property. We would definitely recommend Heather Paul whether you are buying or selling. Heather made it incredibly easy for us to buy a new home even though we live on the other side of the county. Heather visited all of the properties and gave us insightful feedback on not only the value, condition, and whether she thought it would be a good fit for us but she was also really knowledgeable about the area. We were referred to Heather by a friend who had worked with her, and we had an equally great experience. Heather is very professional, but also extremely fun to work with! She always had time to answer my questions and update us on things. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking in the LA area. (Bonus: Her website is a GREAT tool to search for properties, something we took advantage of a lot.)
