I?m Active Military. Transferred here from Hawaii and was given only 10 days to find a place to live. I needed the right home to rent that was suitable for myself, family, and pets. Doing this on my own was no easy task - I had no idea of the area and work environment I was coming to. I was connected with Hector over the phone because I was having no luck contacting the reps and numbers to the listings I wanted to see. First time home seller (my childhood home inherited from my parents). The house was quite old (built in the 1920s) and needed a lot of work. Hector was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on what improvements needed to be done to the house to get the maximum sale value without breaking the bank. He lined up reputable and inexpensive vendors for all repairs (roof, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) and made sure the work was done properly and on schedule. He was onsite for all scheduled work!! There were unexpected problems with the house that surfaced during the buyers inspection. Hector worked diligently with me and the buyers agent on a successful resolution. Within a couple of weeks of the house listing, the house was sold thanks to Hector! Hector is a godsend.! He is hard working, highly motivational, and is always accessible at any hour. We were so lucky to have him as an agent and will definitely use him for any future real estate transactions.

As a new home buyer, you need a knowledgeable and patient agent to help guide you through the challenging process of buying a home. Hector is definitely this type of agent. What sets him apart is that he is very hard working and always made himself available for any question you have. We found Hector in the process of looking at rental homes to relocate to from the East Coast. During an extremely stressful time of trying to relocate from the East Coast, find a place that would be affordable and in the area we needed to live because of jobs and schools, Hector was our knight in shining armor! Because I am with family, I was the one able to physically look at the different listings we would find. Up until we found Hector by chance, when he responded to an inquiry on a listing we were interested in, our experience with various landlords, property owners, and agents was a complete disaster and never have I seen such incompetent, rude and unprofessional people in my life. One such property owner told me that my fiance would need to fly out to CA meet them in person in order to submit an application to lease their home in Sierre Madre which was uterly ridiculous! Upon meeting Hector, he was impeccablely dressed, and had scheduled a tour of four homes on a Saturday. He made video walk through presentations of all the properties seen that day and took care of submitting all necessary documents for the applications and negotiated terms on our behalf that we wanted changed. He had three more homes lined up for me to see a few days later, and within ONE week was able to find us the perfect home to lease until we are ready to buy a home. Hector is very organized, he follows up on things immediately, he returns your calls,emails and texts immediately and he has provided our family with a service that has gone above and beyond our expectations! He has a wonderful work ethic and knowledge of his profession. Rain or shine, Hector has always been impeccablely dressed in beautiful suits! His personality is extremely pleasant and it has been a joy to work with him! We found Hector during our search for an agent and got our listing leased in just 3 weeks! He was very knowledgeable about the market conditions and area. We worked together to create a great marketing plan and through his resources we were able to complete the transaction with a higher than asking price. Our experience with Hector was very professional and he was always immediately available for any questions we had. The buyer had a lot of questions regarding city codes, inspections, building changes, etc. and Hector helped answer everything for us. After the lease was completed, he made sure to help the buyer get settled in with things like utilities setup and was there during the walk-through to provide information as well. He also made sure to followup with me a few weeks later to take care of some miscellaneous issues. Overall, Hector did a phenomenal job to save me time and money. I have already contacted him again to help me find a new home for my family!

Buying or selling a house can be stressful. We contracted with Hector late July 2015 and within 10 days received an offer for the full asking price. The buyer had 17 to rescind the offer and on the 17th day he did so. Needless to say that caused much hardship as we were planning to move. Throughout the entire process Hector has kept us informed and kept our spirits up as the house did finally sell the 2nd time around. He helped us find movers and close of escrow was just yesterday.
