Israel Barden is the best broker I have ever met.. I had been trying to buy a house in Big Bear for the last five years. So many times the broker could not close the deal for me and the house fell through. Israel was able to close the house of my dreams for me within 10 minutes of talking to both the owner and me. He was also an excellent resource for getting me movers, house cleaners, and anything else I needed. All the people he sent me were excellent .... just like him. Many Thanks to Israel.... Izzy Barden made the process of buying a second home a dream come true in every way. We live hours away from Big Bear and he was there to help us move through the search, escrow, and close in a seamless way. He is responsive, knows what he is doing, and strongly represents his customer. Although we have done many real estate transactions, there were elements he was able to point out in this transaction that saved us time and money. He was referred to us by a friend after we had a negative experience with another Big Bear realtor who sold a house out from underneath us to someone else right as we were entering escrow. Needless to say, we were a little nervous. Our experience with Israel Barden was exceptional. Over the years, we have bought three homes with Izzy Barden as our agent, and we wouldn?t dream of using anybody else. He is head and shoulders above any real estate agent we have ever known. The first thing we realized about Izzy was that it was a pleasure to work with him. One reason was because he didn?t put any pressure on us. We had him show us many, many homes before we made our first offer, and he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. Years have gone by and Izzy has become a very successful agent, but still he never makes us feel that we?re wasting his time. The second thing we realized about Izzy is how well he listens. We told him what we wanted in a home and he zeroed in on that, showing us only houses that fit the bill. As time has gone by, we?ve come to appreciate Izzy?s many other fine qualities and abilities. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate. Growing up, Izzy assisted in his father?s construction business and learned a great deal about what goes into a well-built home. An added bonus is Izzy?s excellent connections; whether it be home inspectors, builders, handymen, landscapers, or loan companies, Izzy?s referrals are always first rate. Matter of fact, we never would have gotten a loan on our last home if not for the loan company Izzy recommended. We could go on and on praising Izzy, but the bottom line is that we could wish for no better real estate agent.

We had a great experience with Israel. He is very knowledgeable about the Big Bear area, he resides there, patronizes local businesses and familiar with all the different neighborhoods. He was very diligent about showing us different areas and different styles of homes even though we knew we wanted a log home. I have been a Real Estate Broker myself for 25 years and have had over 100 Realtors hang their licenses with me over the years. I know a good Realtor when I work with one.
