Buying a home is always stressful and especially in the midst of a global pandemic and a super competitive marketplace. Jack Dagher and Harma Hartouni were instrumental in guiding us through the process. Not only was Jack patient with us as we were really picky about the kind of home we wanted, but he was also always available to answer our questions. He was really honest with us when he thought a property wasnt for us. We really felt that he was always on our side. And when he couldnt make it to an open house, Jaime Rangel was always there chasing agents to get appointments and be there with us for a walk through. After months of looking, we finally had an offer accepted in our ideal city of Woodland Hills. Our offer was quickly accepted but the real work started then. We found some issues in the inspection and they successfully helped us negotiate the deal so that we got a credit back to cover the costs. Highly recommend this team.

What can I say about Jack Dagher? Hes amazing, thats what! You dont often find guys like him these days. He backs it up with his actions and I'm here writing this review (which I never do) because of his amazing performance during my familys search for our beautiful new home in Woodland Hills. Let me tell you about Jack from a personal perspective... hes attentive, always on time, understanding, supportive and always, always brings you a smile and a cup of coffee, especially when you need them the most. From a business perspective, Jacks all aces too! Hes the pit bull you need when its time to fight for a house you really love. Trust me, this happened to us and Jack got us the house we wanted. He has laser sharp focus and attention to detail, as well as an absolutely incredible, high-energy, never-ending hustle... something I feel is sorely missing from the new blood thats working their way up the ladder in the dog-eat-dog real estate world of Los Angeles. My wife and I often wondered if he ever took time to sleep. So after several months of painstakingly searching for our dream house, with Jack patiently holding our hands all the way, I can say with all sincerity, Jack Dagher is incredible. I have purchased a home in the past, and it was a difficult experience. With Jack as our agent everything moved so smoothly! My first call to him was returned within seconds, then he sat down with me and my wife and explained everything so we could narrow down our search. My wife and I had the most smoothest experience in purchasing our new home with Jack Dagher. We have had horrible experiences in the past with other realtors, but Jack just made the transaction so smooth and less stressful. We have never seen an individual who works around the clock 24 hours a day to help his clients buy their first home (literally Jack emailed us our docs Sunday morning at 3am! ). Everyone says double transactions can be tough and difficult, but Jack helped us through both with flying colors. Jack represented us as sellers in a condo sale, and buyers in a house buy. It was a bit of a complicated process due to the nature of a double transaction; the goal of which was to close within days of each other with the most beneficial results to us and the least amount of headache. Jack timed it right, coordinated the whole process with the 2 escrows, the lender, the other agent, and everyone else in between. He was patient with us, walked us through each step of the way.
