As fate would have it, while walking our dog one day, we were approached by two friendly young men named Jack and Anthony. They expressed their interest in helping us sell our house, and although I wasn't initially in the mood for a sales pitch, I appreciated their polite demeanor and exchanged phone numbers. Jack spoke passionately about the opportunities in the market, but I kindly asked for his business card, promising to reach out when the time was right. He smiled, handed me his card, and bid us farewell alongside Anthony. To my surprise, Jack didn't bombard me with calls or texts like many realtors tend to do, pushing for a quick sale. Instead, I remembered our earlier encounter and decided to give Jack a chance to work with us. As it turns out, our situation was quite common in Southern California, where families like ours struggle to make simultaneous buying and selling transactions work smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Jack Toro. I was both a first time home buyer AND was even on the other side of the country, traveling, through the process. I have literally told Jack that I believe God connected us via Zillow so he could be my agent. Why? Jack was there every step of the way and could feel had my truly best interests and wishes at heart. He was there to explain things through, to literally jump in the car (yes, jump!) and take steps that ended up getting me my dream home. Buying a home by myself I didn't know fully what to expect when working with an agent but from my experience with Jack, here's what I can tell you. I felt heard and seen. We are located in CA and looking to invest in AZ and found Jack here on Zillow. We were hesitant at first because we do not know the area, but that was quickly settled with how much local experience and knowledge Jack has. He explained to us the dynamics of ares in Arizona and was able find us a perfect property that matched exactly what we were looking for. We were not able to make the inspection or walk through so he FaceTimed us every time he was at the property and made sure to go through every detail. After we made my buying strategy he had offers drafted and ready for my signature in hours. Some agents won't even return a call in the same day. That's not Jack. Jack was incredible! I tried another agent before him who was not working in the best interests of my family. Once I found Jack, things took off and fast. Over the next couple of weeks, Jack met me in Maricopa 4 different times to show me more than 20 different properties. We submitted 4 offers where we were outbid but we were finalists in 2 of them.
