Jackie was amazing and extremely helpful in preparing our home to sell in record time and getting it sold quickly in a difficult slowing market with a single open house weekend. She arranged for contractors to paint, renovate flooring, landscape and fences, moving furniture and disposing of anything left behind. The home was ready to list about 3 weeks after we started the whole process, which was no small feat given the amount of work required and contractors that had to be lined up, including staging and photography at the end. Once the home was on the market there were 3 days of open houses (Friday-Sunday). The level of interest and traffic was considerably higher than we expected given the current market. But given the price we had listed at, following Jackies advice, along with the renovation improvements, made it an attractive home compared to others around. Overall we were very satisfied when we saw 5 offers 3 days after the open houses, with the highest hitting close enough to where we hoped to be. Getting the home sold promptly was a big relief, as we were in a contract to buy another home contingent on the sale of this home. In the end we closed the sale 23 days after accepting the offer and a week later we closed on the purchase of our new home. All in all it took 10 weeks from the time we toured the new home to when we moved in. I consider this record time for two transactions in the current market conditions. We are very happy with the end result and have Jackie and her team to thank for all the help they provided along the way.

I don't think anyone can truly appreciate Jackie until you have been on both sides of the fence, as a seller and a buyer. I have had the great fortune to work with her in both cases. Over the past six months we have worked together with transactions ranging north of $6MM. As a seller I had very demanding requirements and pushed her hard. At every turn she was accommodating and yet provided honesty, candor and insights. Her knowledge of Palo Alto and her network was invaluable when it came to selling my home. She found a wonderful buyer right out of the gate.As a buyer, she provides a great deal of depth whether you're thinking of a new build, buying and remodeling or buying a turn-key house. She and her husband (who is an architect) are adept from a developer/GC/property management perspective because they have lived it. This kind of insight is amazing when looking at the potential of a property in its totality, not just from a marketing/investment lens.But when the rubber hits the road, this is when Jackie is truly spectacular. The house I purchased was on MLS for a few hours. I knew from the minute it hit the market this was the home for me. We were in contract the same day it hit the market (no bidding wars, no over asking etc..). It gets better, we closed in a record 5 days!!! Pretty unheard of and you better have every single detail figured out not to mention the vision to see any potential challenges to perform. And we did.Some of the things you don't think about is where Jackie really helped out, logistics. A lot has to happen after you close so fast. We had Jackie help us with the purchase of a new home in Emerald Hills. We had already found the house when we fully engaged her services, so I can't speak to her abilities finding homes. She was extremely responsive and fast throughout the process. She helped provide us information about the seller and timing that made the negotiations go quickly and efficiently. We made a preemptive offer without competition, so I can't completely say how well she negotiates. We would recommend her team and would strongly consider them for future home buying/selling.
