I don't know where to start. From the moment I met Jackie, I knew she was the right real estate agent for the task at hand. She is so knowledgable, kind, trustworthy and just simply "on it". In the time of Covid, I discovered that an experienced real estate agent was essential to getting in to see properties. I have known Jackie for a number of years. When we decided to sell our home I knew I had to go to Jackie. I had been watching what she had been selling and knew that we were in the right hands. I had reached out to her last November to talk to her about selling letting her know it wouldnt be until after the first of the year. She said she would be there when we were ready. I am so very thankful for my realtor, Jackie Steed! First of all she is the one of the most patient, and compassionate people I know. I lived in my home for 26 years and selling it was very difficult. She handled everything for us. During COVID we had many concerns. She was extremely cautious for us. Her marketing expertise is tremendous. We ended up with 7 offers (all above asking price) after just two days on the market. We had no problems with our Buyer because of her verifying their eligibility. I have noticed many homes where the home had fallen out of escrow. Our escrow was closed in 30 days. She also had the Buyer allow us to stay in our home until we found a place to stay. Even though escrow has closed she is still in contact with us making sure we are doing okay and that we have a place to live.
