Jackie is the number 1 agent if you want to sell you're home fast. She explains every document you will be signing step by step. She's not like other real estate agents that tell you "sign here" & don't explain to you what exactly you are signing. She & her associates are truly caring people that do look out for you. My dad has cancer & dealing with his illness, the constant in & out of being in the hospital & selling our home was not an easy task. But Jackie was there for us the whole way. Constantly calling to ask how my dad was doing. Thru the whole process my parents & I grew to like Jackie not only for the professional person she is but also as a friend. I can honestly say that if you are looking for a real estate agent to sell or buy a home then hands down I recommend Jackie. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. I will definitely call on Jackie again for her services.

We hired Jackie to sell our property, after being referred by a friend. Our property sale is a very complicated one because it's part of an adversarial lawsuit and has many difficult and unique issues in it. In all of it, Jackie has remained unusually knowledgeable, consistently cool as a cucumber, very communicative, and always advocates on our behalf. She stays on top of everything and makes sure that everything is covered. I don't think we could've possibly found a better, brighter, more savvy, or more hard-working real estate agent. I would urge anyone I know to hire her as well.

I would definitely recommend Jackie in the sale of a house. We ran in to several problems while trying to sell, but Jackie was always reassuring and always presented options and alternatives for us. Our contractor took forever and didn't complete the job we hired him for. Jackie came over analyzed the situation and had somebody else right out. Jackie and her team were a great help in listing and selling our house. We met with three other Realtors before deciding to go with her, and she did not disappoint. Our process was long and we had a few buyers drop out before finally selling. Jackie kept constant communication and was always willing to strategize the next steps with us. To Jackie and team,First and foremost you guys freaking rock!Jackie, I cant believe we finally got this thing done and I certainly couldn't of done it without your awesome team! When we first called you guys we had no hope because of what we had been thru so much last year trying to at least be considered for a home and after every offer that we made even tough it was higher than asking price the dream just seemed to get further and further. It all changed when on that late Friday evening. I called your office and thank God Rachel answered, actually it was Erika and she passed me over to Rachel and the rest is history. I think Rachel felt our pain after telling her that I knew she had multiple offers and that they where probably all cash and I told her that I didn't have all cash but that I really wanted the American dream more than any of the offers she had gotten. She replied with a AWW, I'm so sorry to hear that but it does sound like you been thru it all. This was the first time we even had some kind of hope and and attention from someone. After sending you all of our info and extra paper work she probably didn't need,(by the way Erika was awesome receiving and sending everything promptly) she saw how determined and DESPERATE we were and this time for sure the rest was history. She guided us in the right direction and gave us our options we should take. It all worked out better than we expected. No joke, even though it was a lot of work we where expecting more havoc. First off I would like to say thanks to Jackie I am now a Home Owner! The process of buying a home can be exciting, confusing and frustrating at times. I had been looking for a property for over a year and had dealt with multiple real estate agents. What I found out quickly is that most agents are not very responsive. When I first met Jackie I was delighted to find someone who was dedicated and always easy to reach. Jackie is very knowledgeable which is displayed through the quality of her work. I liked the fact that Jackie always kept me in the loop with constant updates throughout the process. This is something that gave me peace of mind when working through the entire process. Jackie is professional and extremely knowledgeable. She guided us through the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home with ease, and has kept us informed at all times throughout the process. Our calls, texts, and email were always returned in a timely manner, even when we had questions late in the evening. Communication and negotiation skills are key. Our purchase was contingent upon the sale of our condo; our buyer was on contingency basis, as well, and he lived in another state. Furthermore, the sellers of our new home needed additional time to complete some requested repairs, which slightly delayed our move. Jackie and her assistant, Erika, worked diligently with all parties (agents, escrow, banks) to ensure that we were all on the same page and coordinated with one another, and that none of us would be temporarily displaced in the process. I can't say enough about how impressed I was by Jackie's handling of our sale.
