Jaideep is the reason why we put an offer on our townhome condo, which we ended up buying. It wasn?t even on our radar during our home search because it felt out of reach budget wise. He helped us negotiate hard to a price which we were comfortable with. The offer we put down also protected us financially. He guided us through our decision making process and he understood what we were looking for right away. We were very lucky to have Jaideep as our sales agent. Early on, he toured our house, suggesting potential upgrades and improvements we could make to ensure a quick, top dollar sale. We discussed the merits of several different renovations, eventually settling on those he felt would have the best ROI. In the end, our unit sold in under a week for over $15K more than we had asked. At the same time, a similar unit in our complex had been on the market for 50+ days without selling. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. It was a pleasure working with Jaideep. He went out of his way to helped us purchase a home in Elk Grove even though his usual area is in the Bay Area. He is an expert at negotiation and knows what your home is worth. As a first time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing and googling everything and asked him many questions and he was patient and answered them all. I didnt know the market and was prepared to have to pay 30k above asking but we ended up purchasing the home for 20k under asking! I would recommend him to my friends and family

I highly recommend Jaideep Singh. Working with him was fast, efficient, and drama free. He helped us get an offer accepted and closed on within 30 days. He uses e-signing of documents so everything happened same day instead of waiting for signatures and faxes. He is very well informed about the market area and comps. We worked with another ill-informed real estate agent previously which ended up in the deal falling though do to an under appraisal. It was a long, disappointing ordeal.
