I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to work with Javier in the recent purchase of our new home. I've worked with 2 other real estate agents in the past with the purchase and then the sell of our old home many years ago and I can honestly say that I never felt safer in the process of buying than when I had Javier in our corner. If there was something that he proved time and time again was that over anything else, his clients wellbeing was of utmost importance, not the profits from making a sale. He absolutely gained 100% of my trust through his actions, and even in this tough market he always fought to negotiate the best possible deals for me and always had my best interest in mind. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, has a heart of a teacher, and absolutely one of the hardest working individuals I have ever come across. Communicating with Javier is effortless, he responds to messages promptly, even when I had to contact him later in the evening due to my work schedule and always went above and beyond to make sure we always had what we needed in the process. The current housing market has been one of the toughest we've seen in many years, but my kids and I were truly blessed to have come across Javier who took us under his wing and made this process as easy as possible for us by taking on the million tasks that go along with the transactions of buying a home. In order to get through that process, you need a representative that you can trust and who is always looking out for your best interest. Javier is that representative. He always made himself available to us day or night. From the sale of our previous home to the purchase of our new home he was the constant voice of reason and encouragement. Purchasing a home during the pandemic seemed a crazy idea but with Javiers help, determination, and professionalism he made it happen. Any questions I had he made sure to explain and have a response for me. I appreciate his quick response to my phone calls, text messages, and emails throughout the entire process. Once a home was listed he made the amazing effort to get us to the home viewing the following day or after. (Pandemic appointments) As first time home buyer I thought the process was going to be extremely long but it was not. We became a team early January and by February 25th Javier had the keys to our home ready! Perfect birthday present this year! We submitted offer and closed within a 3 in a half week period! Here's the short version of my experience with Javier. I was a long term renter that needed to find a new place to call home. I didn't think I would be able to buy a place I liked b/c of how fast and pricy the market was. I was referred to Javier through another real estate agent who has over 30 years experience as a realtor. After seeing three houses I was ready to give up and just keep renting. That's when Javier made my dream become a reality. He found us exactly what we were looking for. If it weren't for him being proactive, we would have missed the sale. We have been able to depend on Javier to help us purchase two homes and sell one. We first used Javier's services 10 years ago and he was extremely patient and gave us zero pressure to make decisions. Javier's many years in the business is apparent and other agents we would meet at open houses knew him as a good agent. 10 years later we decided to explore the possibility of moving if we found the right house. A home that caught our eye would pop up here and there and Javier would show us the house usually within a few days dependent on our schedule. We saw a few houses over a two year period as we were in no hurry already living in a nice home. Javier's patience put us at easy and he knew it would be difficult to leave our home. We found a home we liked but there were many red flags that Javier pointed out. We made an offer but the seller had many contingencies and we took Javier's advice to pull out as some unethical requests were made. We increased our search for a new home and after seeing several in short time frame, found our home. We relied again on Javier's expertise and negotiation skills to get us into the house at the price we wanted. Javier even got us in to look at the house one more time after our offer was submitted and spent over an hour walking through the house with us. We are now in our home thanks to Javier. I almost forgot to mention he was always responsive even with our hundred plus call and text messages along the way. Javier has the skill set and personality that makes him a great agent.

It was a short sale and there were issues but it was closed in what seemed like record time - only about 3 months! Javier was great. He stuck with us through multiple houses and condos since we weren't exactly sure which we would rather have. He'd get us into a house to look very quickly and on some cases had some back ups that were close by to the house we just viewed. Finally when we found the house we wanted he handled everything for us. We took a lot of his time to ask a lot of questions, since this is our first house buying experience. If we had a problem with the lender or another company, Javier took it to the next leave and reached out for us to get the qu actions answer. All in all he was fantastic and will look forward to working with him again when we choose to sell this home.
