She helped me get a look around the property and got me more info than I would have gotten by myself. All of the other follow up with her was just her asking if I had gotten the place yet, which was not super helpful. In the end I was able to get the place with my roommate and we are very happy and excited to move in and start our time there.

My friend referred me to Jenarda and I felt truly blessed to find such an amazing realtor who was detailed oriented and a great listener. It was a perfect match because she had great knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market and expertise in investment properties. She did not make me feel like it was just a business transaction. She was well invested in me and always went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate her hard work and everything she did. The times she took my calls at 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. as we diligently worked together to close the deal. I highly recommend her to others.
