I just recently closed the sale of a rental condominium I have owned for over 33 years. When deciding to sell, I knew of only one person I wanted to be my real estate agent. I met Jennifer at the time I was looking to buy the condominium I have just sold through her. Back then I had a different buying agent. But as my significant other and I were looking around at Crosspointe Village, we met Jennifer who lived there. She graciously invited us into see her unit so we could get an idea of what the layouts were. She was so kind that over the intervening 33 years, I have called Jennifer just a handful of times with questions related to my being a property owner and about the housing market. She was always exceedingly kind to me with her time and expertise.Fast forward to now with this sale. I signed up with Jennifer who could not be any more helpful! Back in April 2020 we listed our home with Jennifer. Even with all the COVID stuff just beginning and the most severe shut down orders in place, Jennifer got our home SOLD. Jennifer did an excellent job selling our house! She was in constant contact with us, which really helped to ease our nerves during the potentially emotionally-charged time that is selling a house. She was always so kind, and willing to explain anything we didn't understand. I appreciate her putting us at ease, getting us a great price, and doing it all as efficiently as possible. Jennifer was very personable, but could be tough when she needed to be (she basically had to keep our buyer's lender on track to make sure things happened at a reasonable pace). Years Ago my wife and I spent time with a real estate agent who was unable to find what we were looking for and was unsuccessful at negotiating a sale on a house we were interested in. I called a different office and asked for their best rep. We were put in touch with Jennifer and she did in TWO DAYS what the other agent could not do in two months. She responded immediately, when we called to find a home and within two months we were moving into our new condo on Dorado Dr. at Cabo Del Mar in Huntington Beach. Then the summer of 1998, when we needed a house with a yard for our two growing children, she not only helped us find a home, but sold our condo within days! We were able to find and buy a home and sell our condo and move into our new home, before the kids started school that fall. Later, when we had to move out of that home, she sold our house in (3) Days in June 2003. We highly recommend Jennifer Thomas and plan to do future transactions with her!
