We were so blessed to have crossed paths with Jeremiah and Renee randomly through a Zillow listing. We met Jeremiah about a year and a half ago right when the market took off. He knew exactly how to get our bid considered and accepted. However, we got cold feet at that time and decided to revisit buying our first home more recently and we reconnected seamlessly. Throughout the entire process, he never hesitated to give us a thorough explanation of all our questions and we had a lot considering this was going to be our first home. He gave us realistic and honest answers and his knowledge of the market, homes, and neighborhoods gave us the confidence we needed that he would get our offers accepted. Jeremiah Sold both our properties top $ in no Time while we moved in Asia! We bought our House in 2005 - a gem found by Jeremiah V. so needless to say he was the first person we called when we decided to sell Both of our properties! A house and an Appartement. We left for Asia and Jeremiah took care of EVERYTHING - we were having daily call while he had to deal with HOA, and other things that needed to be upgraded in the Appartement. In the mean time he managed to find the right strategy from pricing to timing to get our House flies of the shelf during it first week-end on the market! we could not have had a better real estate agent. My career is in customer experience, so when I choose other professionals to work with - its the first thing I look for. Jeremiah was not only responsive, but provided tons of information and education to help us find the right house (buying path), including connecting us with the correct resources and information/education for *land* (who provides land loans, hidden costs to consider, etc) when we felt discouraged by the competitive landscape of southern california. Many of our friends who have purchased houses here took over a year, and we closed after 6 months of looking. I believe that was due to Jeremiahs guidance.
