My husband and I contacted 3 prospective realtor companies for the sale of our home of 25 years in the Westside. We wanted someone who would see our home with the value we did. Not just monetarily but for the love and sweat equity put in over the many years of ownership. Of the three we went with Jesse Weinberg and Associates. If you are buying or selling a property in this area, I would only consider this company. When I was trying to sell a property from almost 3,000 miles away and had no idea where to start, Jesse and his team (especially Realtor Chris OBrien) took over and handled all of my concerns from start to finish. When I needed help with remodeling, staging, inspections, HOA questions, you name it, they showed up and answered all of my calls , texts, and emails with a reassuring response and made it happen. Within a few days, I had multiple above asking price offers and a quick efficient closing due to their expert marketing. I called Jesse because he is one of the biggest in town. When we met at the house, he, unlike the other agents I interviewed, gave me a lower listing price than I had wanted/expected. He said, if I want to sell the house quickly, the market really knows the price, and it will sell. However, if I over price it just a little, say, the 3M I wanted, it could languish for many months. We ended up getting about 5 great offers, and the house eventually sold for over asking. What was most impressive about Jesse was in fact the process. They said, we list Thursday, do this and that, hold it open for two weeks, show it relentlessly, and then well pick the best offer after a counter process identified on a specific date. I truly believe this gave my property the best exposure to the market, and we got a fair price, that was stressless, and everyone was excited about. Jesse was honest, aggressive, but fair and reasonable. Out of about 10 real estate sales/purchases Ive done - Jesses process, structure, people, and ease of sale were all the best. I would undoubtedly hire him again.

They were exceedingly knowledgeable about my neighborhood and building in marina del rey, very thoughtful around how to price and market the unit, and ultimately generated a highly desirable result with the condo sale closing within 5 weeks of listing at 10%+ over asking. The transaction was nuanced and required a leaseback - the team understood all of the constraints and negotiated a great deal. My wife and I recently engaged with Jesse Weinberg and his associate, Chris OBrien on the sale of our Marina del Rey home with the goal of hitting a record level sales price for our neighborhood. Indeed, we did just that and the resulting sales price far exceeded our expectations. In the end, our sales price was close to $150K over the asking price and close to $250K beyond anything sold in the neighborhood that was comparable.
