John was great. Very attentive to my needs and wants. I have nothing negative to say towards John in any way. He helped my wife and I find a wonderful home. I was impressed with his diligence and timeliness on most everything. As a first home buyer I was a bit confused on the process but John was very helpful with it, I was able to contact him at almost any time day or night. I never felt forced or out of the look during the process. I strongly recommend John and will be in contact with him again if I intend to move.

John was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable and really made the home buying process easier for us. He was very involved at every walkthrough, asking questions we would not have thought to ask and point out the good and bad features of each home that we did not consider. He was very patient with us, not pressuring us in any of the places we saw. I really felt like he took the time to understand what we wanted in a home (sometimes better than we understood it). We never had a problem reaching him, and on the rare occasions he could not meet us for a show, he would send someone from his team. Overall, we were very pleased with his service, and would strongly recommend him.

John is the best! He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had some questions regarding the house and he was quick to ask the builder and get back to us. He had also let us know about steps after buying and moving into the home that we were unaware about. We love him in the fact that he will tell you the truth straightforwardly. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone we know about buying a home.

It was great from start to finish! John is smart, knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough with a great sense of humor, The transaction was difficult and time consuming and took a long time, due to the buyers, but John was on top of everything, everyday. I said funny which can be very important to take the edge off a stressful time. I couldnt have asked for more from John. Thank you.

John was an amazing realtor, he was very responsive to emails, phone calls and text messages, he really knew the market and found us the house we bought.When we were in escrow he handled everything, he had an inspector out to the property the very next day after we were successful with our bid, he kept chasing up our mortgage company when they were slacking, he asked all the right questions when any issues came up from the sellers agent, and basically took a lot of the stress away from a very stressful few weeks. We've found a good friend in John, and we can't recommend him enough!

JC helped us buy our first family home in LA, we are a British couple who have bought in London in the past, but the process here is very different. For a start, its so much quicker! (Completing in just 25 days, versus about 4-6 months back home!) John helped us navigate the LA property buying process and held our hand the whole time. He really did take the stress out of it, which were really grateful for. He has a great personality, patient and kind but with good humor. He is very efficient and detailed and advised us on tactical approaches. He is not like your typical LA realtor, he is very likable and aEUR~real, this pays off when dealing with ppl on our behalf (agents, mortgage, escrow etc) He totally aEUR~got us. He also had great, reasonably priced contacts when it came to things like inspections. I am someone who really like to understand the ins and outs of anything I'm doing, he was super patient and involved me fully in all aspects and humored me by answering my very many questions! We did much of the searching ourselves, because we wanted to, then he set up the viewings and took it from there (of course he could do the searches for you too but that was our preference) he was very respectful of covid-19 safety too. He actually made it all an enjoyable experience...and even made the gazillion pieces of paperwork painless. He is totally aEUR~on it. Highly recommend.

John was an absolute pleasure to work with on selling my house in the spring of 2020. Every step of the way John was in constant communication and had answers to all of my questions and requests (my property required some unique assessments, and John had a number I could call for each and every one). In the middle of the selling process, the Covid-19 social distancing measures started throwing a lot of uncertainty into many aspects of daily life that we all took for granted. John helped navigate all the challenges and uncertainties presented by Covid-19 as a true professional. If I ever return to Los Angeles, John will be the first person I reach out to when I'm ready to purchase a new property.

He can point out the pros, and more importantly, the cons of a house. We started looking around with zero experience in this heated market. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with John and how awesome he was throughout the entire home purchase process. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We tried a couple of realtors before John, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and spent hours answering our questions and helped to take the pressure off of us. From start to finish he was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of Real Estate and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property he would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. John also led us through.

How we met John should have told us everything we needed to know: He was referred to me by a friend, who said he'd got them the highest per-square foot sale in their area (it turns out he's the 'per-foot-champ' in most areas in and around Los Angeles). When he called I said I already had appointments that day with other realtors. One at 11 and one at 1pm. "Right. I'll see you at 12, then" he replied. John showed up on the dot of 12 (he's notoriously punctual) and displayed such obvious professionalism and knowledge of the market that he got the job on the spot. It was the right decision. We were in the absolute best hands all the way through the negotiation and he got us the best possible result - far in excess of what we thought was possible.No matter Who you may be considering, do yourself a favor and give this man a call. He'll blow the competition away, and you'll be forever thankful you read this and checked him out.

John Campbell is by far the best realtor I ever dealt with, and I have had the displeasure of dealing with some unpleasant ones. There was no problem that he could not deal with, let alone do it with a smile. Having him as my agent was like having a family member in my corner. He was willing to take my problems and stress as his own, ease my concerns and find a solution without it hurting my wallet. John was nothing short of amazing in his enthusiasm and expertise whilst helping us to secure the property of our dreams while selling our old home. In this incredibly competitive market he wrote the perfect offer, along with accompanying materials he advised us on which I'm sure made all the difference with us beating out many other buyers to get our offer accepted. All while expertly navigating, a potential nightmare of an escrow, as the offer was contingent to the sale of our home. While in both escrows, many strange issues (at least seemed that way to us) developed, but John was always confident and calm, ensuring us that everything would work out just fine and it did He took a complicated situation and spared us all the stress. We loved working with John, and are already using him again in our next deal. John is an excellent negotiator and all round great guy.

After working with a few realtors who over promised and under delivered and left us feeling very disappointed it was a breathe of fresh air to meet John. I cannot recommend him enough, absolutely top notch first class service and always upbeat making the whole home buying experience painless and actually quite fun. He negotiated us a substantial price reduction and was always always on hand to offer expert advice along with reassurance. I couldn't have asked for a more top-notch real estate agent than John. He is bright, experienced and well-versed in the many ins and outs of the real estate business.
