John did an excellent job managing the entire process from the initial tour and offer through the close of escrow. We had a very short escrow of 30 days and John diligently managed expectations of both the buyer and seller. He made himself available every day during the process to schedule inspections and assist us to address the property inspection and issues we needed to resolve with the house. At the close of escrow John followed through to remove some of the seller's items that were still remaining at the house which was very helpful prior to our move-in date. He recommended three service providers that helped us with projects at the house that we wanted to complete. We would be pleased to work with John again.

As a trustee to an estate I was left with the arduous task of selling a property over a 100 years old. I began the tedious process of trying to find a real estate agent and was proceeding with an agent recommended by family. I did a Google search to find a realtor in Riverside County to sell my property. After researching many realtors, I found John Hill and the exceptional reviews he has earned. After a phone call and disclosing that I had a difficult tenant with hoarding issues, John said he was up for the challenge. I listed my property with John and right away he hit the ground running. John went above and beyond his duties as my agent. He was the middleman between me and my difficult tenant. My father recently passed away. So we had to sell his house ASAP. So I started looking at Zillow. John took the initiative & contacted me. He made several promises if he got the listing to our house, so I agreed. I don’t know if I hv enuf room to articulate the awesome job he did. He put together a fantastic team that included Cheryl Zenski (loan officer) & Angela Deleon (real estate agent). He had my dad’s junk cleaned out & my stuff stored thru his connections. Then he had the house up for sale in no time flat. Agents & their buyers started coming in to buy the house. As he was doing that, Angela was working her behind off to find me a place. He took the time to educate us on the area, he took us on a tour of the canyon lake gems, and he helped us negotiate and close on a property that appraised 58k higher than purchase price in this crazy 2021 market!!!! Hire John If you want someone who is knowledgeable of the area with volume experience, answers the phone and returns your texts timely (even when the news is not positive), and make you feel like you’re his only client when you’re not. To be clear, the seller in this transaction was difficult to say it kindly yet John took care of all the gruff. Over the years we’ve bought and sold many homes. Oh my goodness! I cant say enough about how happy I am with John Hill ! My house just closed a week ago. I came to John when I already had my own "buyer's agent", whom I wanted to keep. John was the listing agent on my house. First off, when I was in the area and saw this house for sale, I called the phone number on the For Sale sign, and he came right over and let me inside within 10 minutes. Knowing I already had a "buyer's agent", he still spent at least 3 full hours with me ! Told me all about the area, what I could expect from the community and the HOA. A perfect gentleman and professional. Once the house went into escrow, there were unexpected circumstances that occurred on my end. Understanding this process inside and out, John consistently worked with the sellers to keep them assured all would be fine in the end...and it ABSOLUTELY was !! Today I went to see my new house prior to moving in. It just so happened that John drove by, saw the front door ajar, and stopped to see what was going on. Now, WHAT KIND OF A PERSON DOES THAT ?? Very slow process. No back up plans . Buyers side not ours , always wanting us to spend money on the house we’re selling . Never communicated with me when I should be included cuz I’m the wife . I unexpectedly was in the market for a rental property a few weeks ago, and quickly found that looking for houses isn’t as easy as it used to be. I came across Mr John hill when I looked at a house after FINALLY getting a reply to my message (john is one of the rare handful of agents who will reply to you whenever possible). While I did not like that particular property, John asked how things were going , I admitted I was already becoming frustrated and he offered his card, told me to just text him any addresses I was interested in and he would check them out for me.
