I've never met an agent who is as experienced and responsible as John. He had made my purchase quick, simple, and straight to the point. No back and forth with the buyer, whatever needs to get done, John will make sure it's done. He went above and beyond and took it upon himself to make necessary repairs in order to get my property ready. As if that's not enough, he even found a tenant for my property before we closed escrow. All I can say is that you are in good hands if you have John on your side!

John held our hand every step of the way and constantly was in communication with us walking us through each step of the process; this gave us real comfort in knowing where we were and what we were doing as someone that's not sold a home before this was very helpful and also the communication was top-notch. Not only did John sell her home but he also found us a great home to rent in a great neighborhood in a time when finding homes is very difficult. Moving forward in our next purchase of a home we would only use John and would never go anywhere else with the level of service and how well John knows the contract which is very important when purchasing or selling a home. John has listed my last two homes and has sold both with better than asked for prices. He is extremely honest and extremely knowledgeable about the Real Estate Industry. My last home was listed for $686,000 on Zillow, this was approx. $200,000 above market prices for homes in my area. We agreed to just see what happens, as we really didn't care if we sold or not. Within a month, John was showing the home and brought me an offer of $655,000. We sold and rented back the home for six months at $1,000 below what my previous mortgage was. John also negotiated this rental agreement. John found us a home for $505,000 that had sold three years prior for $720,000 with over $200,000 in upgrades. Need I say more??? John Simcoe is the only realtor I will ever work with.
