Their advice and insight (e.g., how to bid, what was more or less important to trade off, interpersonal dynamics of a deal that we needed to be aware of) were always right, even when we didn't want to hear it. Gloria & John identified the improvement work that would generate positive ROI, and managed all the preparation for us as we relocated out of state. They were resourceful in securing vendors. We received regular and clear communications. They even secured us a new stove within budget during the Covid supply chain shortage. Their recommended improvement work generated an 8x ROI! Gloria and John are data driven; they gave us constant updates on competitive listings on leading up to putting our home on the market. They helped us to define the value of our home, and helped us plan the list price. Their online, print, and word-of-mouth advertising were top-rate. The best agents, who you should want to represent you! From the start of our search until the close of escrow, the Young Platinum Group found me a dream house and made it happen. Starting with the buyer education process, which made me feel confident about what I was getting into, to the search process, where we efficiently toured 6 properties in a morning sandwiched into my busy schedule, John was looking out for my interests and explaining why I should care about certain things. He eventually found a new listing on an un-finalled construction site, which was outside of my stated geographiesaEUR| but he knew that I was an avid cyclist and that this was amazingly good for that. It was perfect, if unfinished. The competition was kept low because the house was not finalled, but Johns construction experience let him talk to the builder as an equal. We brought in experts and John oversaw the long escrow period, helping me feel calm in an unusual situation. Eventually the house finished construction, and all the problems we noted were remedied. I'm now happily living there and could not be more happy with the Young Platinum Groups professionalism, ability to spot value, negotiating skills, and basic friendliness. Id recommend them to anyone!
