Joseph has been instrumental in helping myself and my husband get a condominium in this crazy market! We are both first time home buyers and Joseph has been patient and kind throughout this whole confusing process. He's been respectful and professional and always responds to texts, emails, and phone calls as soon as he is able. What we love most about Joseph is that he doesn't impose his feelings or opinions on us; he courteously lets the potential buyer(s) figure out what works for them and helps them formulate their own feelings about the place they choose. This is crucial - my husband and myself have met realtors/agents/brokers that are way too pushy with their agenda and their opinions. Joseph is the complete opposite of the that. He's also exceeded our expectations of securing a home; he contacted contractors, our HOA, and other inquiry requests for us as well. He also helped schedule meetings for us to meet contractors for our home too (scheduling estimates from contractors can be very stressful on top of closing on Escrow).
