Did absolutely nothing! I constantly had to call and look for him, I waited 3 weeks, but I still couldnt rent a house! He just didnt call or answer! Disgusting attitude towards customers!

I wouldn't recommend. She is not trustworthy. She wasn't fully transparent and withheld information from me. She's shady when it comes to money. Since selling a home or buying a home is such a big and important transaction you should find someone who is more honest.

Justin is an amazing realtor and super happy that we were able to close a deal on our home a few months ago thanks to Justin. Not only was he knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful most importantly he was very patient and we never felt any pressure. From day one Justin catered to all of our needs and requests. He would answer all of our questions timely and guided us step by step through the home buying process. Every property that he showed us had potential and never felt as if he was just trying to make a quick sell. We were very impressed with all the questions he asked the sellers and would point out all aspects of the properties. Thanks to Justin we were able to acquire a great deal on a home that needed a bit of touch up, but even before the touchup it was already valued at $70k more than what we offered. Greetings to whom is reading this. If you're interested in getting involved with the real estate market or looking to buy your first property don't look any further. Justin Borges is one the top and few honest individuals I worked with. Justin is invested in the clients needs and diligent in having those needs meet. It took us well over a year to find my dream house all while having bumps in the road for qualifications. However Justin was right there keeping me updated throughout new listings all while giving me encouragement and insight when my qualifications seemed slim. Justin even went through the extra mile to make sure the deals that I initially was interested in by which I found on Zillow weren't lemons or money pits. At times property listings had to be viewed within a certain time frame. I was not able to view them or get an idea before deciding an offer. Justin went to the property inspected, noted, and recorded things of interest or concerns. They're other situations that Justin came through for me. All in all Justin is definitely a trustworthy realtor that puts clients needs first before anything monetary. Justin Borges was a pleasure to work with. We just purchased a condo with him. We had met him randomly touring a property and really liked his enthusiasm and energy. We casually searched for a property over the course of 3 years. Justin periodically would curate lists for us to consider. Every 4 months or so, we might find one we would consider viewing. Justin would do some early footwork to give us some details on the property to make sure we wouldn't waste our time or we were aware of issues to see if those would be an impediment to our purchase. He gave us honest advise, which we appreciated. When we move again, we will happily use Justin's services and we highly recommend him to others.

If you are looking for a real estate agent who delivers stop right here. We would not be in our new place if it wasn't for Justin. After looking at several places, we found just what we wanted but the price was just out of our reach. We were resigned to looking further when Justin took the initiative and found a price point that would satisfy the lender and negotiated it with the seller. He then sold our place within two days. I met Justin through my brother when he bought his house 4 years ago. Since then, I liked his approachable demeanor and always told myself I'd contact him when the time came for me to purchase my first home. Fast forward to the end of 2020, My wife and I began the search in a sellers market met w hellish competition from other home-seekers. Justin and I scoured dozens of listings and we faced plenty of headwind. He worked tirelessly to see each one of these houses with me and would always give his honest opinion. Justin is the reason I have my house, I have dealt with other realtors in the past and this was my experience as a first time home buyer, its scary you dont know everything that is coining your way but you know you know you want to buy a house, I was looking for about 2 years and finally found a place, the appraisal came back lower than what the house was selling for , the previous realtor I had just wanted to make a sale and was just pushing me, thats when I knew I needed to find someone else, and thankfully I found Justin, by then time we came in contact with him our finances changed and we were no longer ready to buy but Justin never gave up on us checking in and providing morale support fast forward to present day not only was he able to help me get my first home he was also able to help my brother in law find his first home, Justin is very knowledgeable and most importantly he is very understanding, buying a house is not an easy thing and he is there for the entire journey and even after I bought the house he was there to answer any of my questions as a new home owner I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new house whether you are just starting or already know exactly what house you want

Justin helped me as a first time home buyer. We started looking for a home in February 2020, just before the world fell apart from Covid. He helped us navigate this process during a time of uncertainty. He was so helpful and explained every step along the way. We closed on our house in April of 2020. I dont recommend buying a house during a global pandemic but if you have to Justin will assist every step of the way!

Justin and his team made our dreams a reality. There were over 43 offers made on our house, in an insanely competitive SoCal Orange County market. He gave my fiancA(C) and I the right strategy and guidance in order for our offer to be accepted. We had a previous realtor where none of our offers were accepted over the course of 4 months (12 offers were submitted on 12 different homes). Luckily, Justin approached us and the decision we made to work with him is why I'm able to send this review from the comfort of my new home. I truly believe if we did not work with the Borges Real Estate team, wed still be looking for a house or worse, gave up altogether. My advice to anybody looking for a home in the SoCal market is to be patient and trust Justins guidance. We highly recommend Agent Justin Borges. When we first found the house we wanted, our circumstances dictated that we would need to close escrow in two weeks, or not at all. Everyone seemed to think that was an impossible goal -- everyone except for Justin! He said it wasn't impossible, but we had to move quickly. Well, guess what?
