Justin did an excellent job selling my El Cerrito lot he was always available to to consult with during the selling and escrow process. Justin was always available for me to have a conversation about the current pricing of the housing and and the real estate market during my selling. He was very knowledgeable about the lots and the home prices and and the process to develop those lots during the selling of my property.p I chose Justin because I wanted a professional I wanted somebody knowledgeable to help me sell my lot. I wanted to get the best available price for my lot and Justin was able to and his team was able to fulfill those requirements.

Really unprofessional person I had to call her multiple time and text to what's going on no response for a week after a week called she ask for landlord response basically wait and wait then after exactly 2 weeks notice having bank account number and routing number they decide to move forward and I have to call and text multiple time to get response back not good agent waste of time
