Kamran and his team were exceptional in selling our house. We previously had our property listed with another realtor for three months with little to no interest. After switching to Kamran and his team, the difference was immediate. They provided detailed market data on current and past sales and offered thoughtful recommendations on how to better showcase our home. There were a few items we needed to address on our end, such as removing large furniture pieces (including a pool table) and having the windows cleaned inside and out. Kamrans team handled all the coordination and legwork, making the process incredibly easy for us. The results spoke for themselves. The appraisal came low but he still managed to squeeze out some cash from the buyer and lowered his commission fee (!!!) just to make the deal go through. I remember when he helped me buy that property 4 years ago, in a hot seller's market, he also got me a sweet deal with some closing costs from the seller. Highly recommend him and his team!
