Had one recent transaction closed with Karla as the buyers agent. Buying a condo unit. Very thorough with every step of the way. Nothing had gone unnoticed. Protecting buyers interest. After buying the unit through Karla, She helped with renting out the property. Checked out potential tenants, screened for best possible tenant, and pointed out troubling areas of the tenants applications etc. Karla works with a partner Jamie Rush. Two make a great team. Ive rented out properties before but never seen holding open houses. Karla&Jamie will hold open house for rental unit.... so rented out fast and found a great tenant. Highly recommend this knowledgeable professional at heart!.
